Asda Totton Superstore

Having needed to stop for groceries in my way home from kidney dialysis, I was having a hard time getting my breath and dealing with muscle cramps. I asked Geoff, who was supervising the self checkouts, if I could sit down a minute before proceeding.
He promptly offered to process and bag all of my groceries for me. What an awesome guy! Past 11pm, and he is still showing a positive attitude. I guess most of us wouldn't have that attitude after a long day on our feet. Thanks Geoff....

I went into Asda in Totton needing help with a parcel. I spoke to Kevin on the phone who was super; very friendly, professional and helpful. I then arrived and met Carly who also helped me alongside Kevin. They both went above and beyond for me in order to help me. The level of service I received from both Kevin and Carly was exceptional. They are both a credit to the company ☺ thank you both.

My friends bought me some light orange coloured roses from Asda and I can honestly say they are the best roses I have ever had. They have opened up beautifully and the colour is stunning. So often roses just stay as buds but not these. I would have posted a picture if there had been the facility

A long story short....I had a home delivery, 90% of that delivery was missing and the 10% that was delivered, was 90% incorrect!
The next day, I went into Asda Totton and after speaking with a lovely lady on the customer service desk, she called for an amazing colleague, James. He went above and beyond to sort this mess out for me! Very apologetic, very polite and just went off and sorted it, no questions! Great guy!

Excellent choice of goods always available with good quality items. I have bought trousers from Asda and when i got them home and found I had got the wrong size they were happy to exchange for another pair immediately. The food store is always stocked with the items i want and usually in the same place which helps me enormously as I am partially sighted.

The Asda staff are always polite and friendly and smartly dressed too. They are always ready to help me at the check out when I cant make the scan and go gun work. Even when the store is packed with people, and it frequently is, there is always enough room in the isles to get around.

I have used the click and collect which works very well too.

Staff are really helpful I think they have done a great job under the immense pressure of these times. I now do click and collect, at the start there was a lot of products not available but now it’s perfect. I had an issue once where by my shopping was not ready but staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. Just wish they would take the security seals off the alcohol before put it in my click and collect they are a nightmare to try and remove

ASDA is one of my goto shopping stores, great offers and plenty of choice

Significantly better value for money than all the other supermarkets buy and large. Good quality fresh produce. An honest supermarket that treats employees well. Employees go above and beyond to help customers but respectfully do not tollerate rudeness

Have ordered from here whilst self-isolating recently. A recent order was missing milk- Not only was the milk delivered an hour later but the store also gave us a voucher for the inconvenience. I was really impressed with how the whole situation was dealt with.

I shop at Asda most of the time and can honestly say I'm happy shopping here.

Good level of stock. Busy store at time of visiting but very clean

Went with the wife as a change from our usual shopping centre, found this to be alot cheaper than the competitors with the same items available! Massive shop with pretty much everything you could need under one roof. Cheap, all items we needed were available! And the shops laid out extremely well for covid, masks needed, and disabled friendly with wide Isles for manoeuvreing around. Definitely coming back! 5*

I love it. I love the fact their clothes fit larger sizes and they are great value for money. The staff is amazing, from those that helped out to the delivery driver. They couldn't be more helpful.

Hand sanitiser on the doors and trolley cleaning stations. A good selection of clothes and homeward, stationery and kitchenware as well as food. Don't slice bread for you though. Frozen stuff is much wider than other supermarkets. Customer toilets.

I awarded 5 stars purely on account of the cleanliness of the toilets when I was in store today (approx. 11:30 on 8/01/21) - although it was evident they had recently been cleaned (wet floor signs/cleaning trolley visible), it was HOW they'd been cleaned that I noticed. Who ever was responsible for this piece of work this morning had done a thoroughly fantastic job; no "quick flick" this. I would happily let this person clean my toilets anytime, and I'm VERY fussy about clean toilets. Store Management take note; in this age where cleanliness and hygiene are particularly important, this was a top class job. Do not let whoever did this go unrecognised/un-rewarded.
