Bought mac thats 14 years old will no longer update or run anything looks like its been thrown around covered in Marks scratches. no reply when trying to return. Perhaps they will wait until the 30day returns policy expires . Bought through go groupie who hold no responsibility over £300 out of pocket useless.

Do not use this company who advertise very cheap tech gear for example IPads phones IMac notebooks etc. They use different websites like gogroupie, woucher and other

Anything from them. They give no phone number on their website and all you can do is enter your details and send them an email. Their customer service is very poor. I received two emails from them saying exactly same message, that I had returned item to them but not given a tracking number so they were unable to help. I sent email to say I had not even received anything from them so how could I send anything back. They are really really bad, but because I have paid nearly £300.00 I am not going to give up and will bombard them with emails and carry on going on review websites to let everyone know .not to give them any money. This company is fraudulent and a scam

Absolutely useless. They say 24/7 support, but I don't think they know what that means. 24/7 means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not whenever you feel like answering. If you try contacting them, be prepared for a very long wait. No return label with laptop, and I'm still waiting for an answer on where to send it back. Items are cheap as they are either years old or poorly refurbished. They've launched a service on f/b messenger, but take forever to answer. And no contact phone number. Trust me, do not use this site unless you want to be taken for a ride.

As many before me, got this apparently good deal for a macbook through Wowcher, once received I wasn't able even to send an email. As their warranty discloses I've sent it back with all documents and the tracking number, I've been offered a replacement which I've declined (can't risk to get an other bad device).
I've got name, surname, date and time of the delivery and since then they didn't come back in touch with me, I've involved Wowcher which had tried several times to prompt them to contact me, I've sent a ridiculous amount of emails and called likewise without reply (might been a mistake to leave a voice message about my issue).
Of course I can't give up my moneys and my time like this, I'm seeking for further help and if necessary I may report them

Avoid at all costs. This company is appalling. Product was faulty and dirty. Tried to return it for another but replies to my numerous emails were inefficient to say the least. Of course, it is impossible to speak to anyone as the phone number on the web page goes straight to a 'full' voicemail box. The policy clearly states return within 60 days is free however I was eventually informed by repetive emails that I was required to purchase a £15 returns label despite having the product for 2 weeks and using it once. As I was determined not to give anymore money to this scam of a company, I paid £30 for it to be returned and tracked by Royal mail. I have now eventually received my money back with some further assistance from Wowcher. I did of course lose the £30 but am delighted to be rid of any ties with this shoddy place. It's a hard push to give it 1 star but this is the lowest in order to register.

AVOID this company. I bought a MacBook in November for a Christmas present. Not opened until Christmas Day. It was tatty and slow. They won’t let me return it as it was a few days over the 30 days. This is terrible customer service.
No phone number, no descent response other than I can’t return it. The fact it wasn’t opened until Christmas- they should honour my return!!! Rubbish customer service DONT buy from them

If I could leave no stars I would. Laptop broke withing a week of using it. Returned it and now have been left £100 shy and nothing to show for it. Avoid this company at all costs, scam artists to say the very least.

Had the a MacBook for a week from the start the charger was giving off small electric shocks then suddenly the charger completely feel to pieces i have a 1 yr and this faulty charger may have put our lives at risk I thought it would be fine since I bought through wowcher
