I ordered for first time from Wool Factory and I’m very happy, everything arrived fast and all yarns are so beautiful!!! Also one of the colours I ordered was out of stock and they let me know immediately and they gave me options I ask if they can exchange with something similar and they actually send me 200gr, when I had ordered 150g. That’s was so kind from them and they made my day!!! I am definitely going to order again!!! Thank you for everything !!!!

Went into day to purchase several different wools for knitted animals. Young lady was very helpful and even asked me to bring in my finished items but showed her photo's instead. Love that I don't have to travel to Skegness for wool especially in the summer season.

The best place for all kinds of wool from bargains to quality yarns. From cotton to fleece. Bought this pompom yarn to make a sofa blanket. It's to be knitted so I'll have to dig out my needles. I highly recommend this shop if your looking for oddity yarns.

Having bought from The wool factory on line & always been delighted with their service & products, I was lucky enough to go into the shop this week. I was blown away not only by the huge choice of all qualities but the incredibly friendly family run business. Nothing was too much trouble & lots of help on hand if you require it. Definitely my go to place on line & in person when I'm luckily enough to be in the area.

I have often brought my mum to shop for her knitting and crochet projects at the wool factory. Firstly the staff are the most friendliest and helpful people you could ask for. They are crafter's themselves and very knowledgeable on the stock they have. The shop is beautiful and is heavily stocked with a wide range with every shade you can ask for. The prices are unbeatable and very competitive, what more could you ask for? I would recommend to every crafter out there

I live in Ireland but use the wool factory to buy mu supplies. All of my knitting and crochet is for charity and everyone who has received my blankets and animals comments on the quality of wool. It's also so soft and colourful and easy to work with. They're customer service is second to none and shipping is so fast. If there are ever any stock issues or just anything at all they are so friendly and helpful and make sure things get sorted or changed to make the customer happy. I will continue to be a very happy and very loyal customer.
