Our Mum has brought a few items from the Alford store over the years, today she had a recliner chair delivered. We have always found Askews to be reasonably priced, extremely helpful and very reliable. We would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again for any future purchases. The guys that deliver are very friendly and ensure everything is spot on before they leave, thank you all.

We have ordered from Askews several times before, and always been fully satisfied with our experience and purchases. We live in Northamptonshire, over 110 miles from Alford, and illness and mobility issues meant we needed to do this current purchase via telephone and email. Olly made all this very easy, he was very helpful, and always pleasant to deal with. Our wait for the new sofa and chair was estimated at ten weeks, and this was spot on. Mark and Lian delivered and assembled our new furniture, and took away the old items for disposal. They’d had a very long day, and with a three hour return journey ahead of them, they were still very cheerful, efficient and helpful. We are very happy with our whole experience of buying our new furniture from Askews, and would always use them in the future. Many thanks for everything!

Great from ordering to delivery. Olly's service from the start of the process to being present at the delivery was first class. Excellent service our 2 sofas arrived on time the delivery drivers were very courteous and polite as always. We always use Askews when we need something for our home they provide good quality goods and their customer service is second to none I highly recommend them for furniture ,carpets flooring , blinds and beds !!! We have met several different members of staff in their various shops and all have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just had our sofa and our tables delivered, excellent quality and so much better than the DFS furntiure we have bought before. The whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. Their showroom is well worth a visit, they have a vast range of furnishings on display. Mark was really helpful in showing us around and helping us with our choice of furniture with his helpful suggestions. Delivery was right to our door and arrangement how and where we asked at no extra cost. Askew's couldn't have been more helpful and we will definitely purchase from them again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy quality furniture.

Great family run firm. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even let us take home an item to try in different rooms so we could be sure how many of them we wanted. You wouldn't get that kind of service from a faceless chain store.

Customer service is paramount. We were asked what our requirements were and our ages and disabilities were taken into account. We were measured and shown several different seating combinations, then talked through many catalogues. The difference in our heights and build was catered for by showing two chairs with different heights but the same style and fabric. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, they are superb.

We purchased a beautiful dining room and six chairs in solid oak and matching double cabinet with glass doors. Beautifully made over the moon with purchase. They delivered on time placed goods in position and cleaned up all packaging. Excellent
