untrained staff at the post office. runs from till to till to serve customers for shopping as he considers it a priority. He counts inattentively, makes many mistakes, and then blames me. I would recommend to use another branch post office

I been Felixstowe road post office want to do Saturday special delivery I ask for special delivery envelopes I got surprise reply he said I have to buy bag I explained it’s free bags from post office but he said we have envelopes for sale only we don’t provide free envelopes for special delivery because Royal Mail doesn’t provide them it’s surprise for me and I explained I use to work in the post office I know it’s your job to provide he reply no it’s not his job and I am not allowed to tell him what is his job or not unfortunately I have to left post office without postage really disappointed I don’t want to use this post office service if they have this kind of staff who doesn’t know to deal with customer with respect

I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all to be honest , some of the staff are very rude , they are serving the customers whilst talking in there own language on the phone at the same time , running from post office to till trying to serve more than one customer at a time and leaving one of them waiting without a word being said
Very bad customer service !!
