M&S Simply Food

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to given the level of outstanding customer service I received!!!! A young blonde ish male in his 20s helped me to pack my bag on the self checkouts as I had a very full basket. He was very polite and helpful and is a credit to the store. M&S standards were definitely upheld on Saturday evening!!!

Great security guard called Henry. Really helpful and takes care of the shoppers needs and well being.

Mostly find everything we need for weekly groceries...
What I love the best is their fresh bakery items.

I went shopping in this store the other day and i can honestly say it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. Maybe my siblings are right and i need to get out more.

Very friendly staff and such a variety of different types of speciality foods as compared to other stores.

Great food choice as always expected from M&S. I’m glad the queues are gone. The shop is big enough to accommodate wide range of products. Always a pleasure to revisit.

M &S always good for food shopping. £6 deal great for dinner...veg stir fry, tofu,noddles and sauce.
Left my case at self service checkout and the lady assistant held on to it as knew l would be back when l realised. Thank you so much for doing that.

I'm giving 5 stars for Lynnette who works on the till on food department. She had excellent customer service skills and was the first staff member to offer me a Sparks loyalty card. No other member of staff from any other branch ever offered me it! So just want to commendend Lynette for it.

I missed going to M&S so much. First time since the lockdown and it's like heaven. Found some new interesting products - Rainbow Peppers from the Netherlands, special limited edition plums from Spain (oh, my God, it's so sweet and crunchy). Of course picked up my family's favourite Rotisserie chicken and the Extra Strong Tea.

If you pick carefully, you will find dishes that are superb. Their bakery is as good as any in store bakery, if not better and the wine selection is well worth a visit, especially their Reds. Go there regularly...obviously.

Collected my click and collect. The upper floors were closed. But the first floor was open. You could buy pjs, underwear, Christmas decorations, and some clothing. (Jeans, jumpers, socks, slippers, & glasses also have your eyes tested ). Gift surprise I was able to buy was the gin gift bottles to hang on the tree, which I had not been able to get anywhere! So bonus there. Hand sanitizer available. Social distance in, which was easy. Not crowded. Helpful staff, when I could find a particular item, thought the young lady didn't know where I could find it she did go to inquire where I could. Then came to find me, with the item I was looking for. Overall a charm and productive shopping trip. WELLDONE Mark's and Spencer. Expect no less from this iconic store.

Great range of foodstuff, nicely presented.
Store is pretty busy most of the time but staff do their utmost to serve you as quickly as they can.

Amazing store, it has so much variety and their own products. Top quality, it is much better than the other local shops. Strongly recommend!

Excellent staff. A warm welcome. The best. I work in Wimbledon and shop daily and the staff present a warm welcome. Gina on bread counter is amazing, so cheerful and helpful plus Gary, Maureen, Doreen, Iris and many more.

Great for your basic food. They even sell swisschard

Great little store, has a bit of everything in terms of food. Just by the train station, easy to pop in and pick up dinner on the way home!

Good customer service, without asking a member of staff offered me a flower bag at the self scan checkouts. Google maps location a bit off though, it's right by train station east entrance on the lower floor.

When shopping at this store you get the feeling that marks and Spencer Always do the best for their customers food is always fresh and good. Quality and customer service is of a high standard

Highly recommended! Loads of good products and many self service machines, no queues and friendly staff.
