I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Currys Bournemouth, they are all extremely helpful, especially Glen who was so patient with me an IT nerd , I cannot recommend and thank him enough .

Had to purchase a new phone for the wife to replace the broken 1 on Xmas eve! We couldn't have found a nicer guy. He was knowledgeable, he knew his way around the currys/carphone warehouse systems with his eyes closed and got us up and running with a new phone and contract and clear instructions to take home, all within 15 mins of entering the store. Thank you for the great customer service - a rare find these days.

I needed an ADSL filter for my internet/telephone connection, mine had become faulty. I knew Curry's had some computer related equipment, and they proved my thoughts correct. The staff located it very quickly and provided a good quality replacement. I have used this store for several home kitchen items in the past and all have worked well and also have a good back up service.
Will use again.

Needed a replacement charger for an early ipad. The assistant double-checked, having found my charging lead was faulty. He suggested only buying the lead...to save cash. In the end I bought a fast charger too, so he served Currys well!

Very helpful staff who did their best to get us the best deal on the product we needed. It's being delivered on Friday.

I came into your Castlepoint store in Bournemouth because it is the most effectively managed store in the area, including Christchurch and Poole. Plus, he personally sorted out a problem with my newish Curry's laptop (HP) with expertise and efficiency.

Always a top experience in this store, recently brought a large top of the range TV and the assistant who helped us was pretty amazing. Excellent customer service. Walked out feeling really looked after and they even found me deals and discounts! The gentleman even helped us load said TV into the back of my car with laughs and nothing was too much hassle.

Super and on time. The gentlemen who delivered my fridge freezer so kind. You both are the best

Visited the store earlier today with my grandparents looking for a new laptop. Lee - who served us - was friendly and informative, suggesting options, and when the laptop I ended up deciding on wasn't in stock there he checked with other stores in the area to see whether they had it. All in all, lovely service :)

Purchased a new TV yesterday and the staff were brilliant at helping me find exactly what I needed. Not only did I get the tv price matched to make it cheaper, Glen the store manager went above and beyond when the TV wouldn’t fit in my car, a few minutes before the shop closed, to personally drop the TV off at my house. He even let me ride passenger to make sure everything was safe whilst my girlfriend drove the car home. Really appreciate the fantastic service.

We just went to Currys to check the offer, we knew what we wanted but luckily the advisor by the door (possibly the manager), kindly explained what we may expect if we buy the chosen item. He asked one of the female member of staff to help us with the right choice and she couldn't do more ,as she answered all our questions, being very polite and totally relaxed. Good customer service, and way better that the branch in Poole.
Highly recommended place with a good knowledge and skills of the young lady. Shame we didn't ask for her name. Sunday afternoon staff.

I had to return a product that was within warranty and faulty - this was effortless and quibble and a replacement was provided. A new receipt issued which meant the warranty starts again with this replacement item. Excellent service and a very happy customer.

I wanted to buy a laptop but they did not have the one on stock I chose. But the guy was incredibly helpful, went through on the online order process with me, helped to choose the perfect laptop for me. So greatful! I wish I'd managed to catch his name.

We took back a newly bought laptop which was exchanged for a new one as it was faulty, the waiting time could be better as they could do with more staff, however once we got to see someone the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

We also went in before Xmas and they were very helpful with the information we wanted.
