Came here to look for a chair for my brother who has special needs. One of the sales people was so helpful, je suggested a lot of different options but was not pushy at all.

is a carpark at the front of the store as well as free hot drinks and cookies. 100% recommend this place.

I visited this store to buy sofa and helped by George. His assistance in selecting the perfect sofa was invaluable. His deep product knowledge and patience made the entire process enjoyable. We bought coffee table and bench as well as 3 chairs and dining table. Good price for high quality real stone product. Warranty £300 for 5 years and £79 deliver my cost. We got extra discount at the end.

Karl Taylor was a great agent who stayed with us throughout our shopping period and he explained well regarding various products and helped us to choose us the right product for us and we are greatly satisfied! He will be the one dealing with the product until it delivers, very good experience!

Wow! What a fantastic experience. My boyfriend and I came to Furniture Village Abingdon on Boxing Day to look at the sofas in the sale for our first home together - Ryan could not be more helpful. His knowledge and experience really showed and we are delighted with our choice!
He also showed us the beds and we picked out one for the spare bedroom ready to order in the New Year!

We came in today not really sure as to what 4 seater we wanted. George was Really helpful and gave us a great deal and fully explained the breakdown of the cost and felt like we knew exactly what we were getting. George was Really helpful in terms of helping us make the decision as we were unaware of what would fit through the door and what would look good in the space as well as what the different types of back styles. Buying furniture for a new home, at the Abingdon store. Liz was showing us around, and was incredibly helpful to all three of us, including the less mobile person in our group. She was attentive and very knowledgable and informative, but also gave us the space to browse and discuss when we needed it. She was willing to do that bit extra to help us consider non standard combinations of furniture, and explained the details of the transaction so that I could feel secure about spending the amount of money that the furniture costs. As well as this she was a very friendly and welcoming person in general.

George was very helpful and knows his stuff. If people by people then surely top sales person in the store. Friendly, not pushy and made sure the whole family were involved with the purchase.....even made me spend more than I planned on a better more suitable sofa.
Fantastic experiance if i wasnt so out of money id definatley again, well worth the hours drive to come to the store.

Me and my partner went into the didcot store for a few visits. Carl felt with our needs to the highest of standards. We spent a lot of money but felt like it was all worth it. Definitely would recommend Carl personally.

We arrived at Furniture Village early on Sunday morning full of hope, Mum has been searching for the perfect sofa for 3 years!
Lou introduced himself, but left us to ponder the choices in front of us.
Once settled on Mum's happy place, Lou returned, he was able to answer questions, reassure Mum regarding quality and the deal was done.
