I have always received a fantastic service from the people who serve me in the shop. They are very friendly and approachable. It's a always a nice to place to pick up essentials.

They over charged me by a lot,
8 pound bottle of wine
7 pound magazine
6 pound 4 pack of beer
The woman turned to her husband, he whispered her a number and they charged me 32 pounds, I didn’t say anything because I thought I mis heard, until I saw on my bank statement.
Awful.

Went in to pick up a parcel, got a couple of drinks said that I had a parcel to collect as well the lady behind the counter ignored me and said how much the drinks were. After I paid for the drinks I said again I have a parcel to collect and she stared at me and said, ‘yeah and?’ Then when I got my phone out to show her the text she took it out of my hand without asking, scanned the barcode, rudely said ‘ID’ and just put the parcel on the counter. No receipt given but plenty of poor service.

Very rude male staff member behind tbe counter. Unbelievable that you can run a store and speak so disrespectfully to your customers 😒
