Ishi Express

So pleased to have such an excellently stocked local convenience store, run by a lovely family. Really handy Evri drop off & collection point too.

If I could give them 100 stars I would :) loveee ishi she’s always been so friendly and welcoming it’s a small shop but hold a lot of stock ;) her family are all sweet never had a problem with them

Ishi and her shop have literally been a god send over the last 2 years!! I live on the road so am always popping in and they always have everything I need! Spring onions, coco powder, the best apple juice and everything in between. Never had an issue with my parcels - and believe me, my house is always running back and forward to pick some up and return others! They have an Evri collection point which is super useful but seems to be getting some people in the reviews riled up. If something's gone wrong with the post or your package is lost in transit, it's Evri's faulyt nothing to do with them!

Ishi is super friendly and welcoming - just stop for a chat and see rather than running out frustrated if they don't have what you need. She's always made time to talk to regulars, newbies and anyone who comes in and gives her a smile! Such a lovely human and family and I'll continue to come here for as long as I live in the area :)

I don’t understand the bad reviews?! Lived round the corner from this place for years so I pop in there a few times a week and it’s always had everything I needed. I use this place for parcels too and I’ve had no issues with deliveries / returns. Thanks!

2 years ago, I left a very bad review because of terrible costumer service and very rude attitude from 2 former workers.

I am now changing my review to 5 stars for the incredible improvement I’ve seen with this local off license.

The owner has completely turned it around and made the place a welcoming, neighbour friendly shop!

Run by young couple with kids, if they seem surly give them a break, things happen. Personally I think they need a medel.

Man at counter didn't speak at all - somewhat unnerving

This store is always closing early despite it stating that it closed at 8pm. I’ve made my way after work twice to pick up a parcel and on both occasions it’s was closed. On the first occasion I went, my parcel could not be found even though my tracking stated it had. It doesn’t appear like there is an effective system in place to keep track of items. Disappointed!

Very rude people. No manners at all. Tiny shop with not much in it.

Milk from here goes off long before use by date, they must leave it out unrefrigerated. They also seem to hate their customers.

Don’t buy anything from this place, pick up, online or what ever
Ordered pills through deliveroo, they sent us expired and seal broken pills, absolutely disgusting
