Worst experience ever, my package got lost because of the incompetence of their employees, I did not recover my lost package or my money. I wander who is listening music now on my expensive pieces of headphones.

Package getting lost from their shop, tracking nr they give not working, convenient for them the surveillance system is not working either , so I can't provide the evidence that they took the parcel

Very disappointed with the people working in that shop, they were very rude, I just had a question about their drop off section, never going there again
