Majestic Wine

Went in for a dinner party selection of wines and left very happy. Finished with a very exciting box of six bottles.

Boon is the man! He offered some excellent advice and also helped me save a load of money.

not only is majestic the best wine store but this is also the best majestic branch 🥰 beautiful wines, wonderful team who are total oenophiles. one day it was raining and the majestic rep lent me an umbrella! so now I basically will only buy wine here.

Felt compelled to write a note after another as always fantastic experience at Majestic Chiswick. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks immaculate and is always well stocked with interesting wines. But even more so the management here do a particularly good job and you can see their enthusiasm and attention to detail filter down to store and staff. I even drive further to Chiswick store than my local majestic as such a better experience. Looking forward to their tastings again when they open again

Great visit to Majestic. Had a £10 voucher to spend. Tried the wine tasting with a helpful member of staff. Hadn't done it before but it was worthwhile as we identified what I like/don't like. Would definitely go back.

The team were super helpful and went out of their way to suggest wines based on our preferences.

Love coming here. The staff are AMAZING. So helpful and friendly, you really feel like they enjoy their job. Wine selection is great too!

I don't tend to write many reviews but felt compelled to after my recent testing experience.

I have been a regular customer of Majestic since 2011 and I have to say, the service has been haphazard in terms of service, depending on the store. I keep my expectations reasonable, but many would consider what I have spent at Majestic a considerable amount.

I frequented Chiswick then Camberley for a year or so then Chiswick, Richmond and Brentford. The four stars is for Ian in Chiswick and Nicky in Richmond. Ian (albeit a one off experience) went out of the normal zone of delivery to me tonight, given a temporary chap in Chiswick on Wednesday (Harry) confirmed he could deliver to my address (I tend to collect normally) - which was an error. This is very much appreciated.

Nicky is a jewel in the crown of Majestic and my experience is always great. Not sure if she is a Manager or Regional Manager yet but she deserves to be. Always a smile, great service and assistance with any queries. A solid knowledge of wines and regions. If I was running Majestic I would be endeavouring to retain this woman at any cost.

On a different note, I understand the stock may differ depending on location, though I suggest there should be flexibility given delivery address. e.g. Richmond selection is far better than Chiswick, which is far better than Brentford (which is very poor actually).

Quite like the selection and value on offer. Good staff who really know their stuff as well. Often have wines available to sample as well.

Very friendly staff! A good collection of wines, though didn't actually find the one we were looking for, but ended up picking anyways.

Ordered 12 bottles of wine and when they delivered because I had mentioned that it was my birthday the delivery driver had an extra bottle of fizz + a birthday card for me. Definitely 5 star service!

Very good collection of wines. Found a good Riesling on the back. The staff are very helpful but you really need to go with time to explore.
