Co-op Food - Lampeter - Lower Bridge Street

Did a brilliant shop for meals in our camper van. Over from France to attend two weddi gs. My son and daughter's wedding one week apart.

Came in looking for a charger I spoke to Bryn on the front desk where they sell the cigarettes very very helpful indeed, he told me everything I need to know and was very polite and he he was very well spoken for a Welshman, (it’s hard to getting use to this accent since I’ve been back in Lampeter)

Was a nice shop had plenty to chose from and sold hot snacks

Quite possibly the best coop I’ve been in, the range of products is fantastic being a coop member I appreciate everything the stands for. Young lady on the checkout was very helpful and polite she had braids in her hair I think her name is Abby ? Real credit to the coop

Firstly I love the little community garden, that provides free food, herbs. I also like the fact it stocks fresh non- homogenised gold top milk - milk like it used to be. Then of course it has all the usual supermarket produce. The staff a friendly and very helpful. There is also a peacocks clothes store inside, and a post office with passport services. Co-op was first established in 1844, aiming to offer food at affordable prices and treat it's local community with respect.

Called in here while on holiday in the area. Great range of local produce as well as a full range of co-op goods. Bigger than normal co-op which also houses a Peacocks with clothes for the whole family. Very friendly staff.

Great Co-op & quite big. It seems to have everything you could need from Costa coffee machine & toilets, Post office & all the usual food on offer at Co-op

Good parking, lots of trolleys, small or no queues, polite staff, lots of choice of food

Lovely store. Good selection, good prices. Pretty location. Benches outside to rest and look at the view. Excellent service. What more could you want?

As always the carpark is a nightmare, one tries to leave a space between cars. Have had our cars dented and scratched countless times. The staff are friendly and helpful, the freezer section is a bit sparse

Always a pleasure to shop here over the years. It has improved over time and with new fridges and freezers. Having the Post Office and Peacocks there is also a bonus!

Visited the store today to shop and use post office, stood in post office queue for about 5 min with other people, a member of staff came out of the store room, he then proceeded to tell me to go away and come back later as they only allowed three in the queue, there was about 6/7 people in front of me, can't come back as I live 5mls away, he then told me to move as I was blocking the Isle!!!!!!, and no I wasn't. Felt very humiliated and left the shop. It had taken me a lot to go shopping as it was my first time since an operation, certainly won't be going to Co op again, there are other more friendly shops locally.

Coop recently renovated the Lampeter store and its a huge improvement.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Full credit to management for limiting key items during recent shortages, shame Sainsbury's were not as responsible.

Wow! the Coop has had a facelift!! Lovely choice of foods, with an extensive range of vegan/ veggie/ gluten free foods;self service checkouts as well cashier ones and the Post office was as quick and efficient as ever.

Lovely big co op, lots of parking too including larger bays at the far end which are next to the river. Enjoyed eating my lunch in my campervan whilst watching the riverbank wildlife!

Co-op Lampeter is going through a refurbishment so I was informed, so at the moment, it's in transition. What I loved about co-op: they helped me set up delivery, and their delivery system is reliable, the people who work there are the jewel in the crown, being helpful, friendly, and making you feel part of the community. I love the fact they have allowed an edible community garden at the front of the store and that they stock proper milk (unhomogenized Jersey milk), I do hope they continue to do the hot roast ham hock...

A nice and bright store with wide aisles. Nicely styled store. With Peacocks inside. Polite Staff. A pleasure to shop here.
