Watson & Pratt's, Lampeter.

Always a great selection of high quality fresh, ambient and chilled produce. Also a great drop in for a takeaway coffee and a cake. It's definitely at the top of the price range but you can't fault the quality, the service is also great and products are organic, ethically sourced and there's a lot of things here you can't get at Tesco.

Brilliant shop. Excellent pastries, bread, fresh produce, some of it local, cheeses. Large selection of good. Fresh coffee available. They even play good music. I wish I'd found it sooner

Good produce, able to find cheeses especially that cannot be found in the local stores/supermarkets. Staff are friendly and so helpful.

Really lovely organic fruit and vegetable wholesalers with a shop that stocks a good range of eco goods from the leading brands. The sourdough bread will not get home without you breaking bits off to munch. They do nice coffees as well. Deli style meats, vegetarian and vegan foods from BIONA and Suma. And if you can't get to them, they deliver, just check out the website as to where and when. What's not to like? 👍

Oh did I mention the coffee, better than you can get anywhere else.

What a fantastic find. Was passing through Lampeter and stopped off looking for inspiration for my meal. And boy, did I find it! The shop has fantastic bread and a great variety of foodstuffs, cheeses... and gorgeous fresh vegetables. All of it is organic. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

A treat full bakery! Nothing like it for miles and miles. Lots of interesting food, great cheese, local products and although quite small has plenty of choice

Great produce, well worth a visit

I love this company. The people who work there are friendly and helpful, the quality and ethos of the products they sell are excellent. They also helped us with deliveries through shielding during the pandemic, making us smile during a difficult time. Diolch yn fawr.

Great selection of Sourdough bread and huge selection of lots of different groceries, things you wouldn't find anywhere else also coffee, fresh vegetables and many other things.

Small but excellent organic/wholefood/local-grown retail shop. They also make very good coffee, though take-out only ; and we recommend their fresh-baked bread and Danish pastries, too!

Fabulous little store!
Wonderful tasting fresh bread daily which adds to the wonderful aroma as you shop. The staff are always helpful and down to earth with fine product knowledge. A wonderful selection of; organic wines, various pasta's, lovely sauces, vegan chocolate, local fruit and veg, flours and much more.

The only downside is that it's rather small though they make up for it with their products.

One of my favourite shops in Lampeter! A great range of organic foods. They also have bakery items as well as a range of local cheeses and ice cream! Would definitely recommend.

I buy on line each week and their food and products are excellent and the delivery service is brilliant. I love the fresh veg and beautiful salads and the chocolate brownies, fresh from the bakery, are honestly the best ive ever tasted. also lots of eco household products and toiletries ..I urge you to give them a try :)

An unexpected gem! An unassuming unit on an industrial estate in a little town in the middle of nowhere turns out to be a no-frills wonderland of organic food, probably the best selection I've ever seen (beats Ludlow Food Centre imho) and the hot beef & ale pies are to die for!

Love this little grocery shop, it's a bit more expensive than your big supermarkets but no more than you'd expect a shop like this to be. Great selection of vegan produce.

Excellent range of great produce

I have given several reviews for this place, it's always good. This time I tried their cheddar cheese. They have a great selection of cheeses and so much more. Great place.
