Homebase - Lowestoft

The member of staff who helped me choose out a drill was brilliant. He was very informative about all of the products I enquired about, as well as being super polite. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything out of my budget. Definitely a member of staff to keep hold of. Becky at the customer service desk was also very lovely as were all of the other ladies on the tills. Will definitely visit again.

Potty. Miss our home base in Great Yarmouth 😟, bought 4 garden pots from Lowestoft store bargain large 16" 2 for £15 can't wait to fill em ,terracotta so coated them with pva to frost protect works for me 😉,plenty empty store space in great yarmouth come back homebase give B&Q a run for their money 🤣🤣.

Great place to shop....DIY and garden center...

We bought our kitchen and bathroom from Gordon. It was by far the cheapest we found - but don’t let that put you off! The quality and care we received was first class. You always imagine that once the sale is complete then that’s it - not in this case, Gordon went above and beyond for us and kept in close contact throughout the fitting process. He hand delivered bits that were missing. He has been the best sales person ever! Professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for our beautiful kitchen and smart new bathroom 😊

Great place to shop very good quality and prices . If you shop at the Range then this is another great shop to visit both shops need our support or we will lose them .

An absolutely lovely store with the kindest and most helpful and knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. Of the two times I have been here, both times I received amazing service and was able to find the exact products I needed, despite me having very little knowledge on the products! Plenty of parking and an easy to navigate layout inside.

Lovely store well laid out easy to find things as well signed. Strange thing when we came to pay no staff member on any tills. Had to walk around a bit before finding a member of staff to ask where we pay for the items we brought. Other than that a lovely store that was clean & tidy.

Went to Homebase to choose our kitchen and we were not disappointed. Great help with choice and costs. Easy to order and delivery was on time and all there. Now installed (not by them) but very happy with the doors, units and worktops.

I popped in today with my elderly, disabled mother to look at kitchens. The Design Consultant, Gordon Robinson, was so helpful. He tried to find us an appointment, but there was nothing suitable, so instead of heading home, he stayed on and spent time designing our kitchen for us. He really went above and beyond. Thank you.

Homebase in Pakefield, Lowestoft has to have the friendliest and most helpful staff in retail. Not being clued up when it comes to DIY I always get great advice. Look out for Tina and Karen in the paint department and Rob for everything else. Many thanks to you all.

Ok to get into if disabled as i am, plenty of room to move about but no lift to get upstars to bathroom and kitchen stuff also loads of stuff up above 5 feet.

Love it because it got the things I needed also I received a special paper that said for a change to win a £200 gift card and I was wondering of how it works so then if I know how to get a £200 gift card please let me know pleases and thanks.
