The service is better during COVID than it is normally.
I just turn up, place my order on the phone in the car park and have never waited more than a few minutes before I get a message to inform me my goods are ready. Then you must walk straight in. Brilliant.

My partner went into the store today and needed something urgently, Martin went above and beyond very helpful indeed.

I use Screwfix regularly and in general I'm very happy with their services and pricing structure, but today the Lowestoft branch went above and beyond. The sales assistant looked up items for me and showed them to me without prompting. Super service which I value about price matching.

Staff always very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Always get what I want there. Brilliant place to shop. I order item over internet and its ready for me to pick up. Delivery also an option.

Easy shopping, order online collect straight away. If what you want isn't in stock they will have it for you by midday following.
