Excellent service at KC computers. I have had new computers and had old ones modernised so they are much faster and kept going.T. Always give good advice, explain their thinking and price before going ahead and do the job very promptly. Very friendly and approachable and explain in terms non-experts can understand. Thank you Tom for the latest job and the whole team for their work over the years. Highly recommended.

Took in my laptop and everyone in the shop was happy to help. The service was exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely care about helping! My laptop was fixed the day after and the cost was much less than I expected. Very happy to have found KC Computers.

Great service from Ken and Sam who is always super helpful. MacBook Pro needed replacement screen. Thank you - would much rather give my trade to a local business than an Apple store. Highly recommended.

I bought my HP Laptop from here several years ago, I did not want to just go to a 'big' store and be hassled. They were very helpful, I needed a laptop with a CD drive. All has worked well until recently when it started not connecting to my WiFi router which had been upgraded. Contacted KC and they updated the Wifi drivers at a very reasonable price and very quickly. It was done the same day.
One reason to use a local firm, very impressed.

Just had my old desk top PC repaired at KC Computers. What a great job they did at a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them.

What a fantastic place this is . Ken , John and the rest of the team are absolutely brilliant. They diagnosed a problem with my old computer ( at no extra charge) then guided me onto a much better replacement for a great price. They even transferred all my old files again at no cost. These guys certainly do know there stuff. But most importantly they are extremely helpful and honest .

What a great team at KC Computers. I have a 7 year old (was mid-top of the range then) laptop that was so lethargic it was almost going backwards. The team freely diagnosed the problem to the hard drive and replaced it with a SSD for a very competitive price. It now runs like a new machine. Thanks guys!

Superb service. Very knowledgeable with swift replacement of hard drive with solid state on my Mac. Super friendly and a great price. Spinning Wheel of Death is no longer a problem! Highly recommended. Thank you KC!

I could not recommend this shop more. My Macbook screen broke and needed a complete change, but the screen has to be ordered in. As I work remote from home this would have stopped me from working but fortunately KC computers lent me a portable screen, so I was able to keep working whilst waiting for the screen replacement to arrive in the post.

Saved me so much hassle.

Screen was repaired in 2 days but I did not miss any days of work.

Took my very OLD Epson to K C Computers,left it with them to look at,me thinking that it would be sent to the tip.!!!.,Low and behold,Ken called to say it was Fixed and ready for collection.The service and friendliness of Ken,John and Tom is excellent ,I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has printer or computer problems.Thier service is 100%.Thank you team 👍👍👍.

hey have upgraded two iMacs for my business to SSD drives and the service was quick and without fault. The staff are friendly and offer great advice. Would recommend.

I came to KC Computers last minute for an awkward task. I have minimal knowledge with computers.

Superb service as always from KC Computers. Replaced dodgy hard disk with solid state upgrade, cloned files to avoid loss and increased running speed. All in 24 hours.

I have had very good service here for some time, but haven’t previously been motivated to post a review. However, the superb service I received recently, deserves a mention. My desktop computer would not boot up and so I took it to KC. Within the hour, they had diagnosed the fault (Hard disc required replacing) and advised me on repair options. By 3-30pm on the same day, the disc had been replaced and all data from my old one copied across. Good as new and excellent value too!

I have been a customer of KCC for many years. They have always provided me with excellent service. So much so, I brought my laptop from France for Jon and the team to fix an intermittent fault on the display screen. A quick turnaround allowed me to continue my work whilst travelling to and from France. Brilliant !

Ken and John are a fantastic team. The customer service is outstanding. They contact you when they say they will and the advice is excellent. I have been using KC for a long time now and they have always been honest and reliable. They give excellent advice catered to the needs of the individual.
