We had a late lunch here and the food was good. The service was very friendly and prompt but not intrusive. The decor is clean, pleasant and sophisticated without being over the top. Definitely a place to go back to, and the car parking is easy.

I was impressed at the lighting and being able to see what I ate. The decor is very classy and clean. Menu choice good. Staff friendly. Going again in two weeks for a charity event.

Just a restaurant visit for a largish group. Excellent food and great service. We all pre ordered the food but that didn't spoil the night. We have already reckoned fire next time.

We really liked this place. The rooms are modern, well maintained and clean, the bar restaurant was nicely done and the service was excellent. Thanks to the bar staff who tolerated our late night drinking with a smile and courteous service.

Food... well just amazing. Service outstanding. Friendly efficient staff. Nothing too much trouble. A very good mixologist too. Ur cocktails are just the best.

My wife and I had an excellent Sunday lunch, both the beef and lamb were excellent and the vegetables plentiful and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and efficient and overall service was very good. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely food, good sized portions, quality ingredients and attention to detail. You can pay a lot more in other restaurants that think they are special but are no better than here. Always nice.

We had a brilliant stay at the Rufford Arms. The hotel was clean and stylish and the staff went above and beyond. Every meal was delicious. Special thanks to David for looking after us.

My family and I have just had a lovely evening at The Rufford Arms to celebrate my sister in laws 60th birthday. There was lots of variety on the menu, our dairy intolerant nephew was well catered for and my picky hard to please 90year old mum ate everything without complaint, that's a miracle in itself. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The service was excellent with very attentive staff no long gaps between courses, drinks topped up often. Will definitely go here for our next big celebration, it was a big open space and our party of 14 never felt cramped or hemmed in. We've all left feeling full and very happy. Would recommend 100%

Absolutely wonderful experience. Booked the meal and overnight stay deal. All staff very friendly and attentive no waiting for anything. It was a birthday celebration and we were given a complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room such a lovely touch.
Food was exemplary with an extensive menu.
We certainly be returning.
