Last Saturday I had come to get some clothing and shoes for DOfE, Graham and Martin were ever so helpful. We managed to find the correct sizes and appreciate all the help. We had problems with the card and that was sorted very efficiently. We will be returning again for sure. Thanks for the great customer service.

Fantastic, bought plenty, there's a chap knows his stuff that has all the camping/mountaineering experience you could wish for to give you the best advice to suit you and your budget,,, I'll definitely be going again, wish I got his name, but he's a short older chap. He's the only chap after 30 yrs that pretty nearly convinced me a JetBoil is better than a Hexi...(needs pending)

First impression was the size. The store itself was very busy. Plenty of parking but few empty spaces. The choice of items was enormous. Very good quality clothing etc. Very good prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Changing rooms to try on clothes. Everything you will ever need for camping, walking. And leasure.A wonderful experience.

Purchased an electric bike from here, was able to test outside and the service from the chap on the bike sales was really good. Got home and found it cheaper from John Lewis and they matched the price and gave another 10% off as part of their price match plus. So in all a great experience and price. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a bike.

Was served a really helpful woman called Becky - I wanted an off the floor tent that was the last one, I had a holiday booked for the next day and needed it before 12pm. She sorted it for me and got the tent taken down by 9:30am the next day!!!

We purchased a second tent for quick weekend's away unfortunately first time pitching we found a fault with the interior mesh so on the way home we popped into the kiddy store where Andrea and Ali were wonderful and sorted a replacement tent. Excellent service thank you

Went to Go Outdoors in Kidderminster for camping equipment and we were served by Benji who was super lovely and helpful - we weren’t sure what stove and gas we needed and Benji took the time to explain our options and recommend a stove and gas for us. He then came back to deal with more questions we had about tent awnings and he was very patient and helpful with that too. Thank you Benji!

An outdoors superstore like we'd never seen before. We camp, hike and cycle so why wouldn't we shop here. The members card is really worth having as you save more than its price the first time you buy.

They have a fantastic range of gear, with loads of different sections within the store. Was really surprised how big it was, and how easy to get to, with it being just of the main Worcester to Kidderminster Road. We managed to pick up some sandals, at a really decent price, less than half price, we paid. Will certainly be returning too.
