Simply brilliant shop. I had £100 voucher for decoration and they were so kind, professional and helpful that I will probably be their regular customer.

Bought some board to make book cases. Great advice from Jack and all cut to size by him. Saved me several hours and made the job so much easier. Best service I've had from a large company for years. Thanks Jack!

Probably one of the best and biggest B&Q stores in Shropshire. Well stocked, plenty of space to move around and maintain social distancing. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Entering the site / location is a little tricky! Go full circle round a very large roundabout / Island.

Lorry access is off ring road not green st.but you can go down green and loop onto ring road.

Paul who works in hardware was so helpful finding and testing the fixings I needed for a door handle out of the 100's available.
When I took these and 3 handles to the till Jamie spotted that 1 had 2 handles in 1 colourway and 1 in a slightly different one which would have been useless. He gave me time to go back and swap - I'd never have noticed this myself.
Great that your staff take time and trouble to go above and beyond to help!

Big shout out for Joshua who's provided best customer service ever! I know I'm the worse customer, undecided and always unpleased with products. Joshua has been amazing. Helped with finding best product, checked availability across the country and stayed very polite and happy to help me even though it took a time to make up my mind. Next day when I was collecting rest of my order he spotted me in the store and helped once again. Thank you Joshua!

Plenty of parking easily found product I required at the price it was advertised on the Internet. No problems at the tills with no queues.

Very easy to get too, has everything we wanted. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has amazing burger van outside that tastes delicious 😋..

Out of town store, huge car park with well marked and sign posted disabled spaces. Of course with most stores like this you can usually only park at an In or Out door and they are quite far apart.

Good stock levels well laid out and quite spacious. This store had great prices on bedding plants. I’ve noticed (I think 🤔) Less staff available now on the shop floor in these shed type stores for help and advice. If so that’s a worry for employment figures. But the till staff I spoke to were jovial and helpful.

Great store. Got everything. I can spend a morning going round then have some lunch at the excellent sandwich van outside.

Fantastic B & Q..Great garden centre, where you can purchase cool lemon trees, Olive, & tomato plants plants, great & friendly staff & a fair price on most items ..my favourite B & Q of Kidderminster..

Great store with a friendly feel and very helpful staff. The store manager, Martin, helped me to source exactly what I wanted and at an excellent price. Great customer service and definitely value for money. The whole experience made my day!

I believe the lady’s name was holly could be wrong but she was so lovely and friendly helped me with some joining tape and went above and beyond while I waited on the comfy chairs 😊

Looked around for ages didn't really know exactly what we needed asked a member of staff and was then assisted and within a couple of minutes left with what we need and very happy

Went to buy some pergola posts, which were out of stock at my local B&Q (Halesowen). Very impressed, probably a bigger store than I'm used to. Found the posts, had to sort through, as some were split or damaged, and I wanted near perfect ones, as they will be clearly visible on the structure. Whilst waiting in line to pay, remembered my Diamond card, but thought that discounts etc had stopped. Presented my card anyway, thinking I might be sent a voucher, etc, and was pleasantly surprised to get a 10 percent discount, as it was a Wednesday, and seniors still get the discount on garden products! Happy and delighted!
