Coffee#1 Kidderminster

Coffee#1 in Kidderminster has completely stolen my patronage from Costa and the like! In essence I suppose it’s similar, in terms of the range of food & drinks and the prices, but…

1. Better reward/loyalty system! I did for example get a voucher through the app for a free drink (of any size!) after buying only 3 lattes! Also various other ongoing offers.
2. A very user friendly app, through which you can, for example, pay and collect “stamps” with a single swipe.
3. More salubrious surroundings! You can sit near the front where it seems to generally be busier, if that’s your “vibe”… or there’s the back, with lower lighting and nice touches such as a collection of vintage books.
4. Speedy and efficient service-with-a-smile from the delightful staff! 😊

That’s not even to mention the delicious and reasonably priced cakes and savouries, such as the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, vegan raspberry croissants, almond croissants, Chilli Bacon Brie Panini… etc… and if you just want something simple, a couple of slices of toast!

Oh and I must also mention the white hot chocolate which my daughter enjoyed immensely the other day…

And feeling very chilled indeed…

Whilst visiting the UK I was looking for a good cafe and this place is amazing. The venue is large inside and quaint along with an outdoor seating area. The drinks and food tasted great especially the Freak Frappe. The staff was also incredibly friendly.

Lovely coffee and green tea, huge inside and lots of seating and different style chairs to suit different people lovely selection of cakes also does smoothies , coffee is lovely

I came to this cafe because I used to live near one in Bristol. Same great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious snacks - was even able to get a latte made with coconut milk. Wifi was a little difficult to connect to, but once online ran smoothly.

Visited twice whilst holidaying in the area. Loved your Ceylon blend tea. Excellent cakes too. Decent prices, nice comfortable place to visit. Thanks!

I've been regularly ordering here although my exchange year and the service has always been good and the drinks and pastries delicious. The staff is very friendly and I'm going to miss this cafe after I leave. And quite honestly the Mint Chocolate Frappe here is superior to the one from Costa.

Awesome. Food and drinks were 1st class and customer service was superb. Huge thanks to Abbi for making us feel at home, a credit to your shop. Definitely worth a visit and very conveniently situated.

Had a lovely Latte with a friend and cappuccino cake. Was very filling. Would go again.

Friendly staff, really nice coffee and food, just a tad on the expensive side. But at least the decor is unique and furniture is comfy

We visited Thursday 3Rd Jan morning and it was very busy. Staff were very friendly, polite and it's fantastic at the speed that they are working. Excellent organisation, you can see that they are working as a proper team.
Definitely will come back. Well done Kidderminster team!

Great place for a coffee and a cake by the river in Kidderminster.

Absolutely lovely place to come for a coffee great choice of drinks lovely cakes too. A nice place if your on your own having a drink ....books to read 📚 too it a gem .. very efficient staff too.

Just had coffee, lovely and creamy at a fair price. Nice dog friendly cafe, did have to wait a little while for coffee as a bit of a queue. Worth a try.

The best cappuccino ever for me, followed by a toasted tea cake!!! It's clean and the staff are always polite.

Lovely hot chocolate ☕ good value for money, great selection of cakes including vegan options, friendly staff, clean and tidy coffee shop.

Liked this place although not a coffee drinker, but tea and hot chocolate are available. Friendly staff. Worth a visit
