Whistles

Excellent service today Wednesday 27th December 2023.
I had difficulty ordering a coat online.
They ( two women staff )spent a lot time resolving this!

I will be collecting the item ftom the Chiswick store.

One of the best Whistles in London; their well-made, cool but still ladylike clothes appeal to everyone from trendy teens to retirees, although their prices work more for the older end of the bracket. Especially good leather jackets and bags here.

On 26/05/23, I went to the Whistles shop on Chiswick High street.
The sales person at that store is the most unfriendly and unhelpful sales person I have ever met. She was unwilling, or could not be bothered to assist me to exchange my size of clothing purchased.
I definitely will not be going there again, and will seriously consider never purchasing Whistles clothing in the future.

Had trouble getting a refund for an item purchased at a different store due to the staff not being helpful at all- won't be coming back to a store if I know I have trouble getting refunds or exchanges.

People working here don't care at all about customers.
