I was here a couple of days ago on my way home from work later on in the evening. The staff provided great customer service that you would expect from Soansburys, and reasonably decent sized for a Sainsbury's Local with a cash point outside, a good selection of fresh fruit and other product you would typically find in a small shop

Convenient store stocked with all the produce you need when on the move.

Nice clean store and friendly staff.

Quite nice, but recently there has been less items. Not always stocked and staff have seemed rude before. But mostly nice so my fair review is 3/5

Sorry but I wasn’t really impressed. I can understand it’s local branch with basic essential stuff but very poor customer service. Staff should represent the company they’re working for not their own personalities. Moody staff. No hi no bye no smile. But still 3stars because I got the stuff and it was so convenient.

It's an okay Sainsbury's.

It's an express store.....so it has a limited amount of goods on sale, handy if you run out of something basic. Not for a weekly shop.

The last thing Oxford needs is another Sainsbury's but it fills an empty building and serves a purpose. The coffee machine doesn't seem to work anymore.

Convenient location, but lately seem to be very understocked. Not sure as to why as other branches in town seem to get everything in. Maybe whoever does the orders needs to act on them sooner and not let things get past the last item before realising there's a shortage?

If I could give less stars I would, staff spend most of their time chatting and ignoring customers, the shelves are only ever half full at best, and the tills are always closed leading to queues when you are lucky enough to get what you want and find all parts to a meal deal

Rude staff who shout at you to use the self checkouts even when they are broken. Poor quality bakery items at this store

Have prominent video screens everywhere in shop. Demand you delete the photos and throw you out of the shop if you take photographs of them.

I have some sympathy for them not liking you take photos of them perhaps they should too

Worst shopping experience from all Sainsbury's around Oxford. You lucky if you meet alive assistant in shop, mostly self service. Messy store

Just avoid it and thank me later. Staff huff n puff if have to serve. Rude customer service and everyone will get in your way in such a small useless shop.
