Great place to stock up when you’re in a rush or a pinch, but definitely avoid when schools out, as the place gets swarmed with children!

8pm and as the man in the store saw mw come up to the door he ran and slammed it shut claiming he was closed why advertise your open till 10pm then close at 8pm. This is not the first time !

Useless evri return point. Don't take simple qr codes so had to go to another store. Only preprinted labels.

MISLEADING SERVICES. They say they're a Hermes drop off point, but refuse to take parcels. Not the first time this has happened to me at this branch. Sign still outside offering the service. Wasted another 20min return car journey.
Message to One Stop Henley - Don't offer and promote a service that you can't facilitate.
Don't bother dropping your parcels off there.

The workers have very bad behaviour with customers .every day 9pm they didn't give you some of things etc . Every 9pm they tell you we are closed but the closing time is 10. Very badly behaviour of workers one stop Henley .
