Each time I have been to this store I have been able to get what ever product(s) i'm looking for. The staff are also polite to me. Thanks Linda.

Rude staff. I went to return an amazon parcel and they are supposed to provide the packaging. They claimed they didn't have any in stock and wanted to charge me for an alternative. They offer no assistance with the machine, instead they just shout gibberish at you. Can't understand a word they say

Londis Head office, you need to step in and deal with this dreadful service. You're losing customers. You've a horrendous reputation. Your staff are appallingly rude. If this doesn't bother you then perhaps this is your company ethos and how ypu train your staff. Maybe you're happy losing money...

Absolutely appalling service. Rude people. Printer never seems to work and they don’t care. Why offer a service if you’re going to be rude about it and not get it fixed?!?

The old man with the grey hair and beard that works in there is absolutely horrid. He is so abrupt so unhelpful and so rude. I hate going in there when he’s working all the other members of staff are so pleasant and he lets it down. I think it’s time to retire, he clearly hates his job.

Rude and aggressive man. Never coming here again, started screaming at me for simple taking a photo of a parcel I was returning. AVOID and do not use.

be aware!!! They never ever give you the right change!

Ohhh please, don't give me that answer! It hasn't happened just once or twice! the whole neigborhood speaks about it! and whenever we ask for the right change your stuff gives back the question with sarcasm "whaaat, are you speaking about 4 pence?" that's illegal and you are breaking a law! With that ungiven changes you get how much per year???? Don't try to oversmart please!

Walked there to take back a parcel. They were open but wouldn’t serve me. Machine takes time to warm up apparently. Rubbish.

Une honte ! Cela fait un an qu’à chaque fois que je me présente chez eux avec un envoi Evri ils me disent que le scanner ou l’imprimante ne fonctionne pas !
Je sais que ce n’est pas un vrai, car un jour j’ai exprimé mon ras-le-bol et la il m’a dit qu’exceptionnellement il acceptait de prendre mon colis bien qu’il le considérait volumineux.
Comme par magie l’imprimante fonctionnait à nouveau et le scanner aussi.

Bon aujourd’hui, il m’a tout de même recalé prétextant une fameuse panne…
