Jason was great at removing the SSD from my old iMac for only £20, everywhere else I went wanted at least £50! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for work on their computer.

Our company, Business Writers Ltd, has relied on Norfolk IT Services for more than 10 years (since July 2013 or earlier). We first turned to Jason in an emergency and were delighted by the service. Now we call him whenever we have a tech problem or need a PC upgrade.

He has helped us buy new and refurbished machines, boost processor speeds, and debug and upgrade systems, while protecting our data at all times. He has even fixed issues remotely (including on one occasion a frozen mouse pad). He is fast, efficient and great value - and always takes time to explain any issues.

If you run a small business in Norfolk, this is just the sort of calm, reliable and professional IT support you need when disaster strikes. Even if you haven't got a problem, you should talk to Jason about what to do in an emergency. You could start by asking him to service your old PC before you consider buying a new one. Jason was great. He sorted my laptop over the weekend which included cleaning ordering and fitting new parts. In contact the whole time so I knew what was happening. Great service, would highly recommend.

Jason was recommended to me by a friend and it has turned out to be the best recommendation I have had. He has a great telephone manner and I felt comfortable talking to him and not intimidated as my knowledge about computers is very limited. It was also refreshing to not have lots of confusing charges to think about before my computer was even seen. I thoroughly recommend Norfolk IT Services for data recovery. Jason was helpful, responsive and skilled. He gave regular updates on progress, made clear what he could resolve and where he would have to send to a specialist service. His pricing system was transparent. He freely gave advice to improve my IT experience and minimise the likelihood or impact of future data-crash issues. Excellent.

The only IT guy I would use and highly recommend! Jason cleaned up and upgraded my old computer and has since provided my partner and I with newer higher spec computers which were such great value and which work at lightning speed - what a difference it has made to our lives and work! I emailed Jason in a complete flap as my emailed had been hacked. I was able to drop the PC round the next day and he went through it with a fine tooth comb. Not only did he fix it, he has made it operate so much faster. He has answered all of my questions, no matter how daft, and given some great advice for the future. I highly recommend him.

My hp notebook got CPU fan failure. Jason replaced a new fan, which is more quiet than the original. It's amazing!

Couldn't be more pleased with all the help I have received. Jason transformed my ailing Samsung laptop, replacing the failing HDD with a solid state drive, and a fresh installation of Windows 10. My computer kept cutting out and after spending 30 + hours online I came to the conclusion that it was the GPU overheating. I rang Jason who was very helpful and let me drop my pc off the same day. The following day he provided prompt and regular updates on how my computer was doing and after carrying out the relevant tests it was my GPU that needed replacing. Jason ordered a new one in for me and fitted it in. He kept me updated throughout and the price I thought was very fair.

Clearly knows his stuff and was spot on. Well chuffed and will use again should I need to/recommend to my friends.

My laptop decided not to want to start after a Windows 10 update. I called Jason who said to bring the laptop in and the next day is was back to me good as new with everything backed up and saved. Quick, efficient, trustworthy and a fountain of all knowledge IT wise. Would highly recommend.

Jason has brought our computer systems up to date. He also keeps them running in tip top shape. We have recommended Jason & Norfolk IT Services to many people. For a small business he is our IT department and is able to explain things in a language that non computer folks can understand.
