Mick recently repaired my laptop and I can't rate his service highly enough. All communication was very prompt, the repair itself was difficult as the part required for my machine was uncommon but Mick went above and beyond to source this keeping me informed along the way. The repair itself was carried out in a timely fashion. The cost was inline with what I expected to pay. All in all a very positive experience and I will certainly be using his services again when problems arise.

My old PC died, taking all my videos of my daughters' childhoods with it. This guy brought them back for me. Brilliant service and cost exactly as quoted. I am one delighted customer! 😁

He kept me informed every step of the way and was not only able to recover all the data from a broken harddrive, he was able to repair and upgrade the computer. Computer Repair Norwich replaced my failed hard drive on an iMac and rebuilt the machine using the latest components and hardware. The machine was thoroughly cleaned (the screen cleanliness gives it a wow factor! All works perfectly now with noticeable increase in speed. The work was completed quickly and significantly cheaper than a replacement would be. Excellent service!

Mick was an absolute pleasure to deal with, no question to stupid or mundane quick and informative in his responses. Turned my clunky old machine in to a quick responsive gaming machine. Would thoroughly recommend and will have my custom again.

I had to get my gaming PC cleaned due to dust and had my liquid cooling system flushed out, cleaned and refilled due to overheating issues. Mick did it all very quickly with no issues. Great customer service with excellent communication. Very passionate and genuinely cares about his customers and the machines he repairs. Highly recommended!

My MacBook Air crashed and died on me a couple of weeks ago after three years service it was out of warranty and i was ready too give up and throw it away a new one cost in the region of £900. I contacted Mick for advise and arranged delivery and an assessment at a cost of £60. The repair was cost effective 20% of the price of a new one, because i continued with the repair the assessment charge was waived. The laptop was returned a week later fully working Mick explained ways of prolonging the life of my laptop and readjusted setting having first fixed the motherboard and drive faults. In summary i am really pleased with the outcome and fingers crossed the laptop now has plenty of life left in it. Totally recommend this service, i very reliable and professional set up

I recently had my laptop fixed after I dropped it and the screen was completely smashed and the display ruined.

Had my laptop screen replaced. It was a really quick service and I'm pretty sure it's a better quality screen than I used to have.

Sorted out my laptop that was no longer charging, and had frozen after a bios update (recommended by Dell). Mick kept me informed throughout and I was given the option of what I wanted to do before work was done, thus I decided what I wanted to spend.

Repair was carried out quickly and for a fair price.
