New customer and very happy. Mike carried out a thorough diagnostic of my SFF desktop to identify why it would not boot. Successfully diagnosed to a faulty bios chip. A new bios chip has been installed and boots up as usual now. I would highly recommend CRS for any diagnostics. Saved me alot of time and hassle. Will be my go to for any tech related issues going forward.

Not long ago, my gaming PC's primary graphics card stopped outputting visuals. I tested a few basic solutions just to be on the safe side, (remounting the graphics card, remounting my RAM sticks, trying different HDMI cables & monitors, checking my graphics drivers, etc), but nothing seemed to work. I have a half-decent understanding of computer components and had a few ideas regarding what the problem might have been, but with limited funding I didn't want to risk investing any large amounts of money into these potential repairs without certainty that doing so would fix my issues.

As such, I looked at many reputable repair shops around my area, but the positive things I was hearing about CRS Norwich in particular really stood out to me. Upon further inspection, I really appreciated the up-front & informative price breakdowns on their website, and decided to put my trust in them. This turned out to have been a very smart choice, as CRS Norwich really went above and beyond with my repair!

They inspected my PC in great detail, not only identifying the cause of the primary issue but also recognising several other potential issues in the process, such as a missing filter on the PC's Power Supply Unit that *should* have been installed when I first purchased my PC from another retailer, yet had been completely omitted. They also noticed that my CPU's fan was also on its last legs and offered to replace it, and had the foresight to offer the installation of a support beam to prevent any potential sagging of my replacement graphics card.

At every step of the repair process, CRS Norwich were exceptionally communicative and gave me plenty of options. They were upfront about any and all costs, they put in the effort to find a high quality graphics card for me, and they had my PC fully cleaned & repaired within the course of a week — collecting and redelivering my computer within a very accurate & helpful schedule.

Now, if any of my other tech breaks or encounters issues, I know that I'll be calling them right away. I really can't recommend them enough!

Met Mike today, had a look at my PS4 at really short notice. Mike was very helpful and clear in his explanation of potential faults, showing me examples etc. along the way. Unfortunately the device is either beyond repair or simply not worth repair due to age. I trust the advice Mike gave me and would 100% recommend. Thank you again for all your help.

Mike was very helpful and super efficient. I took to him my sons xbox one to try and fix. He diagnosed on the day and confirmed the same day the work that would need to be done. Took it to him on Thursday afternoon and he had it ready on the Saturday. My son was extremely relieved and I was very happy with the price and service. Highly recommend.

PC was failing to start after having not used it for a year. Took it in same day, diagnosed and back to me 2 days later. Quick and easy service reasonably priced. Deffo recommended 👍

Went in for the first meeting, the bloke was very friendly and helpful, and also knew a lot about technology. Was swift in finding a part and giving us a quote. Was also able to source the part required in Manchester after only originally finding it in China. Repair was swift and laptop was away in just under 10 days. Good service overall and will definitely recommend. Excellent service :)

Really great service. My sons Xbox had the green screen of death, and after a quick conversation, Michael had a good idea that the hard drive was faulty.
He even managed to upgrade it from 500gb to a 1tb hard drive.
Even better that he managed to get it repaired in just a few hours.
Really happy with everything.

Would recommend. CRS Norwich quickly got our laptop working again after a disastrous Windows update made it unusable. Friendly service too!

Mike is so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. He explains everything in great detail including possible options.Very quick service too - I dropped Xbox with faulty hard drive off for repair at 4pm Friday and it was ready the following lunchtime. His prices are so reasonable, far less than you would expect to pay. Also another positive is that it’s clear he loves his work!

Mike was excellent, he was able to fix my laptop right in front of me and was happy to answer all my questions. Great price (saved £40 compared to inspection quotes from the big shops) and I didn't have to give my laptop away for 10+ days! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I took a very slow and noisy PC to Mike and he has transformed it into a fast and silent machine. He made excellent recommendations to solve the issues, was easy to deal with on the phone and email, upfront about costs, kept me well informed and completed it all, including copying everything onto a new SSD, in less than 24 hours. I felt the cost was very reasonable and infinitely cheaper than buying a new PC. I am just a normal home user and would not hesitate to return if other IT needed attention. Genuine nice guy.

Took in a PS4 that was showing signs of HDD issues. Mike was able to quickly look at the drive and tell me what was wrong. Also got the controller's right analogue stick looked at too, as that had been behaving oddly. Both were repaired within a few days, and clearly running MUCH better now!

Excellent work at a great price. Mike's friendly and easy to talk to, and does a great job of explaining everything. Also gave me some great advice on how to check the health of my external drives. Would definitely go back, if I need such repairs done again. Highly recommended.

First class service. All in one required tricky rear case removal to enable upgrade of RAM which could have resulted in an expensive screen replacement had I done it myself: CRS completed the task within half a day!

I took my problem with my Dell 5050 Optiplex not picking up Wi-Fi having spent over an hour talking the the DELL helpline without finding a solution to my proble. Within 15 minutes of taking my PC to CRS the problem was identified and solved.
I found the appointment booking system simple and effective and I did not have to wait around to be seen. Excellent value for money, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient service. Would recommend CRS without any hestitation.
