Karl was so very helpful, he did everything in his power to solve the problem we had!

Went in to get a couple of things and ended up coming out with everything I needed plus more. The gentlemen who served me (Steven I think) really helped me with all my needs and got me exactly what I asked for. I mentioned I would be getting a tv mount at some point and he mentioned he did them and went through all the requirements I would need to see if it would be the right one and of course it was. Great team. Keep up the good work.

Steven was absolutely incredible last week, when I need assistance in what to buy and how to put m TV on the wall at home.
Not only did he go above and beyond to show us our options, but spent his time getting to know us and making it feel less like it was his job to help, but more how he wanted too. If other stores employed staff to same standard as Steven, they would all truly thrive. The funny, friendly atmosphere goes a long long way.

Fantastic service at Toolstation Aberystwyth. The staff at the branch are second to none, nothing is too much trouble, very helpful and the place has a great atmosphere. Sound advice given as well. Well done to you all, and as Arnie would say , "I'll be back".

Fantastic, always on the ball and the new manager is excellent. Never kept waiting and happy to help. Staff are friendly and don't make you feel rushed at all. Glad to have Toolstation on hand for all the things we need on a regular basis - couldn't work without them. Cheers all.

What a fantastic toolstation. Staff very helpful and polite. Social distancing setup is first class and the older man called Peter certainly knows his stuff. So patient and helpful. Will always shop at toolstation from now on.

Visited the store for my boyfriend so I had no idea what the list he sent me with meant. I had help from an employee (I think his name was Ben, very Welsh, dark hair and beard). He was very helpful and I got everything I needed off my boyfriends list. Thanks!

The team at Toolstation Aberystywyth have been truly fantastic throughout the Covid 19 situation, although I’ve used the branch before it started and will continue to do so long after!

Excellent service. We ordered online for collection, was a large item that was ready immediately for us to collect and help was provided to load into the trailer.
