The staff here have always been very helpful and friendly. A nice surprise compared to my experience at most other large, multi-location businesses.

Had some trouble with an unstandardized 9mm hose inside our van for our little shower. They took the time to help us out, and were the kindest. I definitely would recommend coming here, they are good people !

I have been using Screwfix for many years as Yeovil where it all started was just down the road from me. This Screwfix in Aberystwyth is much the same as the others I have been in but the staff here were very helpful and friendly. The lady who served me was very nice.

Tidy little unit just outside Aberystwyth. I used the click and collect service, item was ready within the hour and was able to collect promptly and safely. Had staff outside directing and screens and sanitiser for staff and customers. Really happy
