Great range of running trainers and clothing, including gait analysis for runners. Finally found a stockist for Hoka which is local - much better to be able to try shoes on in store etc. Friendly service too! We will be back :) thank you!

I called in to hire a suit for a funeral.
The lady who served me was polite helpful and provided me with the perfect suit, which was comfortable and very smart. Hire price was also very good.

We attended at probably one of the busiest times of the year. Great service and friendly, well presented staff.
One member of staff noticed I had a double buggy and opened up the deliveries entrance so that I didn't need to do a full circle of the store to get back to my car.

A shop assistant called Will was very helpful, got me onto the treadmill to measure my running form and was able to suggest a number of options for me to try. Was very patient while I tried them all a few times. Left the store with a great pair of trainers, very pleased!

There's a strong are you being served vibe to this store, but only the manners are old fashioned. Greeted by a smart man in a suit on back to school uniform day you are asked which department you need. On advising both shoes and uniform get told to collect a pager for uniform and go to shoe department first, you'll be paged when someone free to serve you in the huge uniform department upstairs. The staff are mostly brilliant and should there be any issue customer service is first rate. Alison smoothed out our issue and ensured we went home with what we needed.

It's a pleasure to shop here. There's a small free to customers car park at the back which is ideal if you're just popping in to collect when your order is ready. #LoveIpswich

Popped into store yesterday to purchase school uniform for our daughter. Couldn’t fault the service and price!!
We were looked after by a young man called Owen. His attention to customer care went above and beyond. He engaged with our daughter brilliantly. He explained everything he was doing for us. Absolutely first class service. Another brilliant touch is the fact that ALL the store assistants welcome you to the store in a really friendly way. Lots of smiles and offers of help.
It’s a rarity these days to get old school customer service….Coes are masters at it. Absolutely recommend this store 100%

Outstanding as always! Friendly welcoming service, and a pleasure to be back in this wonderful store. The highest standard of covid guidelines were adhered to throughout the store and by the staff who were all wearing masks. It was a comfortable, safe and relaxing experience to be in the store. I was able to get my foot-balance insoles personally moulded safely in the running department by the knowledgeable staff and I Was even able to enjoy a lovely coffee from the local artisan roasted Coffee seller (The Coffee Mod) who had been invited to have his van in the car park today. Coes pulling out all the stops to make shopping a lovely and personal experience, despite the unsettling time we are in. Thank you Coes. See you again soon!

Went for running shoes for my wife and was helped by Steve, who really knew his stuff about what suits different people based on running styles. Got wife on treadmill to check her style. Tailored trainers to her feet and comfort. Excellent all round service!

Fantastic, well stocked shop catering to all sizes. Alterations can be achieved easily as well. but for me what really makes this shop is the excellent level of customer service and a real personal touch. Old fashioned quality values keep me coming back!
