Lovely bright store, but finding what you want is hard as they keep moving things!

Very nice environment and cooperative staff further cheaper as well.

Easy access , good bargains, bus stop outside, good variety goods.

1 mins from town bus station, has a bus stop right outside an entrance and a pick up spot for convenience if you have to travel to do shopping.helpful staff and always great produce. Has a nice wee cafe inside for a nice bite to eat while doing your shopping.

We always get our food from there. It’s great. The parking is very good specially when outs raining

I have used this store since it opened and have always found it great, helpful friendly staff and reasonably priced goods. However today I was in store with my elderly mother who has various health issues and is very apprehensive about being out and about after the lockdown. We had a lovely snack for lunch in the cafe and the staff were great helping me get Mum settled. We then had a little wonder round the store to get some supplies by the time we got to the checkout Mum was in desperate need of a seat but there were none at the checkout but a lovely lovely lady member of staff who unfortunately I did not catch her name took mum down to seats by the self service checkouts and settled her while I was able to pay and pack our shopping. I would just like to say thank you for the kind way they were with mum.

Excellent experience today. Our cashier allowed our disabled daughter to scan a few of the items. She was delighted and it made our shopping experience wonderful. It's lovely when people go above and beyond. Thanks Lorraine. We really appreciated it x

Went for breakfast,while getting car fixed near by,excellent customer service, helpful,and breakfast superb for £5,80,a must for starting your day.

We love shopping at Tesco and have done so weekly for last 30 years , firstly in the Kirkcaldy store and when it closed we began shopping at the fire station Dunfermline store. We were very pleased to discover that some Kirkcaldy staff members were now in Dunfermline store especially HAZEL who is now a good friend, and Karen who we know from our home town . We would also like to commend another staff member FAY who works in the crisps and nuts aisle she has always smiled at us then obviously began to recognise us from our weekly visits and we now have little chats and say hi and she goes out of her way to help if we need it . Fantastic staff members keep up the great work .

It's always very clean, great variety, the facilities are in optimal conditions, the staff helpful and friendly, prices of many ranges. Fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked bread too. Reduced products are also very good.

Was in the store to-day and was dealt with by Natalie. Tesco should be very proud of her, I am a first time smart phone user and went into the store as I didn't know how to set it up, keep my same phone number and transfer my contacts over. The service she gave was exceptional and she did the whole thing for me and gave me other advice and tips which will be very useful for the future. I was quite nervous and she put me at my ease immediately. Many thanks.

Plenty of parking with a great choice in store . The service provided for the online shopping pick up was very prompt with a very minimal waiting time

Google keeps asking me to review Tesco Dunfermline, even though I'm sitting in my living room a couple of hundred metres away. I've left a five star rating because even though I'm not there, know should I need anything, it is only a couple of minutes walk away. Very convenient.

I visited the phone shop today with a problem on my phone and tablet. I explained the problem to Simon who was so kind and professional with vast product knowledge. I am 75 years old and know nothing about phone problem solving but Simon put me at ease and assured me he would sort it. He is a credit to Tesco and I hope a valued member of staff.

10/10 way better than the other big Tesco in this area

Fabulous store and staff, just what was needed in town centre. Lovely restaurant & good value. Spacious covered car park,well lit and secure. Best Tesco I've been to!

Nice shop, a lot of choice in products and good parking, they have a nice cafe and the prices are quite good, the shop is overall a very good customer experience.
