2nd to none care for pets. They're the best. Lovely caring staff. Very clean hospital. Hades says thank you to the vet on duty and Erin Logan the next day. (We think he had a run in with a car) but he has now recovered thankfully.

My dog Murphy was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and after a series of visits Aliya settled our concerns as to why my wee dog was very unwell. All through this time Aliya was so calm and informative and so good that even my wee dog felt relaxed with her presence. Which isn’t easy with a terrier being poked and prodded. Thank you Aliya.

The vets, and staff, at Inglis are both compassionate and caring to both pets and owners.

After 17 years of being blessed with a healthy dog, I was faced with the tough decision that a lot of owners face.

The staff were understanding, informative and patient with the difficult decision that I had to make.

When the time came, the staff were nothing but compassionate to both the situation and the emotional distress it brings.

I never had to take my pet for regular check-ups or illness, but by going by my experience, I know that they have nothing but care for all at the forefront of the surgery.

Emergency trip on a Sunday, after my cat ate some string. The vet saw my cat quickly and advised on treatment, including noting that the medicine was only effective in 60% of cats. Despite the vet's best efforts, the medicine was ineffective. We are now monitoring our cat and hoping the string dissolves in stomach acid. Despite the treatment not working, it was worth taking our cat and we are very happy with the efforts of the vet. The young lass on reception was also incredibly welcoming.

We stayed in Dunfermline for vacation and our dog got bitten by another one. Luckily we got the best service for Bria at Inglis Vet hospital, an immediate appointment just 20 min. after we've rushed in and the vet was very kind and caring with her. The wound on her head has healed very fast with the prescribed antibiotics and after 3 weeks there is nothing more left than a small scar. Thank you so much for your help and support. Best wishes from Germany, Bria with Anna and Tobi

Wouldn't take my cat (or any future pets) anywhere else. I feel listened to here, my cats health issues have been dealt with here, and my cat feels a lot more important than any money to be made (which is a lot more than I can say for another local vet that we actually transferred from) and every member of staff I've met has been so lovely and helpful.

Our dog has been registered with Inglis since he was 8 weeks old and we have never had a bad experience. The vets are extremely compassionate, kind, friendly and understanding and offer the best treatment every time. Our dog has behaviour issues and isn’t particularly keen on visiting the vet which can make treating him more difficult. However, we are never made to feel like this is an inconvenience and he always receives the appropriate treatment even if it means spending more time working with his needs. Amazing vets that I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

My old dog started to pass late evening. After calling Inglis vet, I was asked to take her into the vet. On arrival, the staff were wonderful. They just took over and I immediately felt a sense of relief. The staff made my lovely old lady and myself comfortable.

Considering that I hadn't previously met the staff, the empathy that was shown gave me the reassurance that my old lady was in good hands.

The sadness of the moment will stay with me, however, the caring, understanding, dignity and respect shown by the staff will also stay with me. I can't thank you enough.

Kindness to you all.

Whenever we have taken Oscar to Dunfermline Vets we have always had an excellent experience. Oscar can be nervous dog but vets always put him at ease & wait til he is happy before treatment. I would recommended Inglis vets to others.

Not sure if 'loved it' describes how our dog may have felt, but at the point it was identified he needed a knee op the communication was clear, they sought to get specialist in earlier as due to risks of our furbaby waiting and let me do all paperwork early as op date clashed with planned trip.

Genuinely felt they cared about what wad best for our 8.5 yr old pup and best outcome.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Vets have always been very caring and professional to our dog. The surgery is always immaculate. The service is excellent from ordering prescriptions, delivery if needed and notifications of any medications due. I have used Inglis vets for over 30 years and would highly recommend.
