Caffè Nero

Staff make this place great. You can see how well liked they are by the number of Christmas cards they get. They have a great rapport with all the regulars and have managed to create a wee Neros community.

I nip in here for a coffee quite regularly and it is definitely one of the best coffee chains imo. The staff are all incredibly friendly and chatty with the customers and get to know the regulars and the atmosphere is always relaxed.

We had a lovely, relaxing coffee break with a nice bit of cake. The staff were really lovely. Cafe was clean, service with a smile, and also as a bonus, we were allowed to take our little dog in. Will certainly go back. Recommend this business

Great coffee great staff ,nice ambience

I spend a lot of mornings there with my twins that are two noisy 17 months old babies. The staff is always very nice and always prepare babyccinos for us :)
I think this place is very family friendly as there's a lot of space for prams and even for a double buggy like mine. There's also children books so you can have a relaxing coffee while your kid is entertained.

I'm in Cafe Nero often for a coffee and to feed my 2 year old twins, the staff have been so accommodating with us all, helping by bringing things to the table and even getting the high chairs out for us. The coffees are great but the staff and the atmosphere really make it an enjoyable experience. They even have a great selection of books on the shelves to read. Take a book and bring a book back.

Comfortable, warm and inviting. Only one negative, seats are now looking a bit worn and could with a refurb. Decor is nice and fits the building. All in all a nice place to meet friends and enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

Great coffee in a nice quiet corner. Staff are lovely. A very warm welcome every time I'm in. Plenty of choice if you want to try something different or catch up with the latest trends in coffee.

The 3 lovely girls who served me today were amazing! Very professional and I watched them work seamlessly even with the queue to the door completely, they were un-flustered ... I have a high level of hospitality experience and u usually pay alot more for that level of service.!!! Fantastic team!

Lovely feel to the store. I am a barista from another company and I won't drink coffee anywhere else. First time here and all I've thought about is coming back for another coffee!

Amazing Vibe, Retro style, i never really liked coffee but it has alot of things on the Menu no other Caffè's have, theres something for everyone, staff is always really friendly, highly recommend it 😊xx

Love this Caffe Nero because of the ambiance and staff are always nice. It's a lovely place to sit and relax and there's plenty of tables for groups too.

Very good friendly service and open later than anything else on the High Street which is handy if you need coffee late evening.
