Took in a piece of picture frame glass that was too big for the frame. Lovely chap trimmed it down, took out the old awful holding clips, fired some new ones in, put the frame and painting back together - and all for free. Fantastic service. Thank you. Will be visiting again.

The team here are absolutely wonderful making sure your needs are met, well within your budget. I walked in initially with a list of measurements and ended up walking out with the frames I needed - and on top of this, the most beautiful large frame I don't even have a piece to fit yet.. But it sure looks lovely propped up in the spare room though :) Thanks team, we'll be back for any future framing needs.

The best advice & staff really take their time matching border, both colour & width. Huge choice of frames. Used a few times and never disappointed. You can park directly outside too.

Excellent service and wonderful framing. I took in two pictures that had been damaged in a house move. The gentleman working took time to help me pick out new matching frames and worked with me to cut out and reuse labels on the back of the pictures that showed where they came from. The framing took about two weeks and was competitively priced. The pictures look wonderful in their new frames and I am delighted. I highly recommend.

I had driven past many times since moving to Norwich and admired some of the many mirrors and frames they have on display so when I wanted a special poster framing for my partners birthday I knew this was the place to go.
And what a fantastic job they did, excellent customer service from helping me pick the right frame to the day I collected. Highly recommended

The chap we saw was very knowledgeable helpful and just so laid back helping us get a big print framed that when we need to get more pictures framed that's the place to go .
And the price is realistic for service you get.

Arranged for eight items to be framed, the member of staff was highly knowledgeable and had good suggestions for what we could have when we were unsure. Also gave a very good discount because of the amount of pictures we took in
