Really friendly staff! Quick service and a tidy place to relax! Went here to do some studying and have some coffee! Came out hot with some pretty latte art. Nice cafe to get work done, meet friends or just to grab some drinks. Staff were consistently walking around and cleaning tables and were happy to interact with other customers! :) Definitely recommend if you’re in the area or passing by.

Lovely dog friendly cafe! Tried the avocado, chocolate matcha traybake wasn’t for me but a lovely member of staff (Ellie) got another cake for me to have, so very kind! Definitely recommend:)

Couldn't fault this place. The coffee on the flat white was complex and floral, almost verging on a dark chocolate. The hot chocolate was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the whole place had a chilled and welcoming atmosphere. Plus they're dog friendly! We'll definitely be back whenever we're near.

Lovely interior with tons of space that is very pleasant to sit and work in or meet a friend. The staff are very friendly and of all the cafes I’ve been to in Bristol, I find Society trains their employees very well overall in working with coffee. The coffee is very good, always having a selection featuring at least two roasters. They also offer a variety of brewing methods and will happily advise you if you need help, which is always appreciated. Amazing location as well, right next to the water. If you sit in the right spot you can even watch the boats just outside 😌🧘🏻‍♂☕

Feel so warm in Society Cafe with great coffee and super friendly staff welcoming us that day! We loved their board with tasting note and all the things there for reference. We picked latte and flat white that day. Their coffee are roasted by @roundhillcoffee Tasting note with milk are almond and croissant, which is REALLY getting these 2 tastes in the coffee. The aftertaste and aroma were super nice as well! Love it A LOT!!

Popped in for a sweet breakfast. Coffee was excellent so was the huge cinnamon swirl (over half eaten in photo). Friendly helpful staff too. Definitely on my return list when next in Bristol.

The interior is lovely and spacious, very pleasant to sit for a coffee and work in, or just to catch up with a friend. The environment is very welcoming with lots of natural light, comfortable chair/sofas and plants strewn around. The staff was very friendly. Quality coffee and the brownie was yummy. Amazing location as well, right next to the river and if you sit in the right spot you can enjoy your coffee while watching the harbor. ☺ They have outside tables too. Usually it’s a bit busy on weekends. Highly recommend!☕🧘🏼‍♀

Absolutely wonderful Café that carries some amazing specialty coffee and extremely personal and helpful employees. I discovered Society Café purely by coincidence during my trip to Bristol while I was looking around for Beans to bring home. The interior feels very welcoming with lots of Natural light and comfortable furniture and plants strewn around.

Once you enter the counter carrying lovely cakes is right ahead, while the wall to your left carries different speciality coffee and brewing equipment. Underneath the shelves are fridges carrying a variety of cold drinks, including their amazing in-house cold brew. Dan from staff came over to me while I was browsing their lovely guest beans. He was very helpful in helping me pick something according to my preference and we talked a bit about speciality coffee. He was even kind enough to invite my friend and me to an event the following day. The entire crew working on our days visiting was wonderfully accomodating.

The prepared drinks were carefully prepared each time and the quality was easy to taste.

I'm looking forward to my next time visiting. 💙

It must be a damn shame being another coffee shop in Bristol city centre because this one is hard to beat. Even the other Society Cafe next to the Poseidon statue doesn't match the same atmosphere.
Great coffee, cakes and wifi. A good space to socialise for a bit or working on a laptop, with good wifi speeds. And of course, always good to watch people try opening the side door in vain after they've locked it because of high winds

I have never read the newspaper that they put out but you know what, it hits exactly the right vibe.

All smiles at Society this morning. I hadn't been back to Bristol for a year or two but it's so lovely to see new locations open, and this one is particularly beautiful, spacious, and with their usual welcoming service and outstanding coffee. Thank you Society team 🙌

Great coffee in a beautiful location. Milk alternatives available and they have a good selection of vegan and standard cakes. Be aware it's card payments only.

Their coffee and teas come from trusted suppliers.
I met one of the coffee managers from Origin coffee and they are a B CERT company which means even stricter ethics than the classic fairtrade label.
It's a great team of lovely people who give their best every day to make people's lives a bit special. I love this cafe.

My only criticism is that they might consider paying someone to wash cups instead of tenpence to throwaway a paper cup. I think there's plenty of room in that building.

A chilled environment with pleasant patrons all 'doing there thing' with their laptops, their coffee's and their life challenges. Some are more discreet than others. Lots of ladies gossiping about their bf's. Scandal seems to loom large in this area of Bristol. The staff are very amenable with excellent customer skills. Just treat them like lost friends.

Great service and great coffee (They use Origin coffee). Plenty of space and comfy chair. They have onsite made smoothies approved by my children and a good selection of cakes. Only a short walk from We the Curious.

This is a large coffee shop that sells to provide everything. Places to work and enjoy coffee, places to socialise.. And enjoy coffee, coffee to buy, cakes to enjoy. It is busy though, they adapt to this well but bear in mind it can queue out the door

Small selection of high-quality coffee and cake.
Great staff, atmosphere and a veiw over the water.
Nice workspaces available.

I'm mad for good coffee and they have managed to hit the score. Good service, good coffee, good latte art. They even have phamplets on the side to educate their customers on the current coffee beans and it's notes we are supposed to taste out of.

In terms of ambience, it's lovely. The match of earthly colour scheme, with the warm tones of lights is perfect and ideal for a coffee shop space. Original layout of the space has not been easy to work with but the IDs managed to transform a difficult space into 3 segregations that works when it comes together.

I bought 3 coffees. The only downside is that of the matcha latte. It is greenish-yellow, overly bitter and lack tea aroma. Either their matcha was well past it's prime, or they were using the wrong type of matcha powder for the drinks which is a pity because they were even using a Chasen to whisk the matcha powder.

Nonetheless, the other 2 coffees were amazing! Highly recommend to visit.
