we have just purchased a car, the young lady was extremely helpful and gave us all the information her name was Sophie we could not have asked for a ..Nicer person to deal with in fact we found the whole experience to be fun and would definitely recommend using them

Awful. Avoid.

We travelled over an hour to view and test drive a car booked in earlier today. They said they sold at 2pm but then didn't call to notify us until 3:30pm when we had been at the store at 3pm and notified them we arrived. They then made said they called 3 times to notify. There was one call at 3:30 after we waited 30 minutes to be seen.

Time wasters and very dishonest.

We purchased a vehicle from Car Store last January, Aircon was broken from the start, taken into the service centre for repairs on three occasions under warranty, which is good but the final fix was towards the back end of summer and too late to really verify if it was working. First signs of summer the next year and the A/C is indeed still broken and they are now refusing to fix under warranty.

The staff are very nice so it is unfortunate to leave a negative review but ultimately I bought a car that was supposed to have aircon and it did not and still does not.
