Good service from the team doing my MOT and a good price for it too at £39. I know there are cheaper places nearby but this place seems trustworthy and they fitted me in short notice.

Our Mokka broke down and everything failed. Vauxhall deal we diagnosed failure as BCM that needed replacement at over £900.
Having used Redline before for servicing and MOT I contacted them for a second opinion
Thank goodness I did!
Redlne diagnosed fault as ECU, not BCM!
They rectified this, replaced the battery & another minor fault.
While car was in the garage Redline provided a courtesy car ( Vauxhall could not)
I could've spent over £900 to Vauxhall and still jot rectified the problem.
Excellent service and highly recommended.

Booked an Mot online and had it confirmed by text, plus a reminder text the day before which was hassle free and easy to do outside office hours.
Mot was done so quickly I barely got home before they messaged!

Reasonably priced and even though I had to pay more than I thought it would due to a failed MOT (they attempted several free repairs + MOT retests before contacting me regarding a need for a paid for repair). What a lovely bunch of folk. I rang in a panic as my MOT had run out but was working 8-8 and couldn't get it done at my usual garage. No problem here. They picked my car up did MOT and delivered back. Friendly, punctual and won't hesitate to use again and recommend thoroughly.

I've never written a google review before but I would be doing an injustice if I did not. Found out about this place when I was looking to book my mot, read the reviews and thought why not, looks good. Was booked in for the following day, after receiving availability slots from other places for two weeks time. Amazing. however, on the day of the mot, my car decided it'd play the stubborn card and enter limp mode for a reason I cannot think of. was working fine allllllll that time but on the day of the mot, that happens. I call to apologise and cancel and Ken says it can be towed to his and inspected. I took the offer up. Calls back with bad news twice and that it'll be a costly fix. I've yet to decide what I'm going to do considering I've splurged so much money on it, that this once would've been alright ish price is now far too expensive but the point is, I have never met a mechanic like Ken. I'm sure his team is great too (I've never met them) but even just over the phone, ken is *easily* the most reliable mechanic I've ever come across. a treasure of a find after being in and out of different garages for the past two months. I know mechanics have a reputation of being dodgy and unreasonably extortionate but I can assure anyone reading this that those doubts are unnecessary when working with ken. he is reasonable, fair, knows what he's talking about and most importantly, makes you the customer feel welcome and at ease and wont rush you or pressure you and lets you take your time. it seems as though I have found my new go-to garage in Norwich. looks like kens holding me at gunpoint to say all this or I'm bloody being paid to write this lmao but jokes aside, I assure you, the customer service is on another level. absolutely fantastic. also, free courtesy car!!!

I booked my car in on short noticed, I called them saying I'll be really late and was an hour late but they were still happy to do my mot.
I have been having a knocking sound in my car and they found it start away and drove out to get me a part. So overall good experience and friendly staff.

This is the first time I've needed car work done since I've been living in Norwich, I had a quick look around and I found redline, I found out they also did a free courtesy car deal as well so how could I lose? I gave them a try and from booking to collecting, they were all so kind & helpful, I don't think I'll try anywhere else
