Express Service Norwich

I'm absolutely thrilled to share my experience today using Express Service Norwich.

My mini needed an urgent MOT and Express Service Norwich managed to fit me in the next day! (They have a really good booking system). When I arrived, Kev was very courteous and signed me in to the MOT. I was at ease throughout the time I was there waiting for the results and helped myself to free coffee! The staff were pleasant and offered coffee / chit chat and it was a professional atmosphere. Kev told me that my MOT didn't pass but gave me options on what I can do. He was polite, listened well and was friendly despite my hesitations and questions. I decided to allow the mechanic to survey my car and I fully trusted them, and luckily the hub was fixed in no time at all!! I was so pleased!

I'm absolutely thrilled to have found these guys. The manager (Billy) was also very friendly and offered me advice regarding tyres. Getting my MOT done here from now on and family members. Thanks guys!

Good friendly staff. In and out with payment in under an hour for an MOT. Cheaper than some other national places by over a tenner. Waiting in the sales area with free tea and coffee although it is basic. I'll be back for next MOT

Pricing very straight forward. Rang promptly with MOT result and full explanation given. Needed new tyre. Quoted a good price all inclusive of fitting. Job done very efficiently and car ready within the hour.

Extremely good customer service. As the name says, literally express service, we got out car with full service within few hours.

We take our car here for servicing, MOT'S and any other work we need doing. I find the staff helpful and knowledgeable. They never do unnecessary work and will make recommendations on anything needed.

Have used Express Service for years on a number of different vehicles. Always good service with honest advice. Options explained if work is needed and always competitive on price. Can't fault them.

Good service. I always take my car for MOT in there. They never tried to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. Very polite and convenient. If they keep their £28.50 Including A Free Retest I will be coming back for years to come!

Very honest and fair. I've been brining my cars to Express Service for 5 years and have always received excellent customer service. I don't know a great deal about cars and that has certainly cost me at other garages but I've always been treated fairly at Express Service.

Feel really safe visiting the service department reception here once inside. For protection against the caronavirus screen, sanitizer, hand wipes all in place. Keypad, car key all sanatised prior to customer handling.

Had a oil service and brake service today, customer service was fantastic , service from start to finish was spot on , had car back on the road in a hour. Fantastic price will be again for future service’s.

One of the best garages, never try and rip you off. Also before lockdown you could get free hot chocolate while you wait for MOT
