This is a local off licence with a good selection of beer and wine. The owner is a likeable chap, with a good sense of humour. Long may they serve the community.

Someone said the owner is rude. I find that hard to believe. He’s a northerner, and can perhaps be a bit direct for southerners, but I like his honest, straightforward and friendly manner.

This is a unique place to get a huge variety of your favourite tipple.. I say that because there is personal service, regulars are greeted by name, and of they do not have what you are looking for, they will get it for your.. Highly recommend you experience this great little place

Brilliant off license with a massive selection of real ales, lagers, wines and spirits. Always good to support local independent businesses aswell.

Good service and an excellent selection of liquor. The friendly staff will happily try to order anything they don't have in stock.
