Our wedding cake was such a highlight of our perfect wedding, we couldn't believe how stunning it looked and gorgeous it smelled - and then we tried it and it got even better if that was possible! We are vegan and our whole cake was vegan with three different flavours, they were so accommodating. They even made our little puppy and our favourite book for the cake too. Definitely get your wedding cake from Vanilla Nova!! x

They sat with us, let us taste their incredible cakes and went through every detail with us.
Their attention to detail, finesse and most importantly flavours were all absolutely incredible.
They delivered our cake to the venue on time and in perfect condition.
The whole experience was professional and perfection.
We couldn’t have picked a better team to bring our wedding cake to life.
The cake was both beautiful and incredibly tasty, not at all dry or boring.

From start to finish Vanilla Nova were absolutely excellent on all fronts. We walked in to the consultation not having a blinking clue what we wanted and walked out having nailed down the flavours (a tough call, ALL were delightful!)and the design. We were in absolute awe that Dave & Deb managed to create exactly what we didn't know we wanted.
Dave & Deb managed to cater to all of our guests dietary requirements (GF, Vegan, GF Vegan etc)
All the guests were so complementary about the cake but we were too selfish to allow them to take much home - we lived off cake for 4 days after the wedding and we have no regrets!!
When we saw the cake on the day I was absolutely gobsmacked (as you can see below!) it looked SO SO SO good and fit in with the rest of our decor perfectly.

Thank you for our beautiful cake you made from our wedding in October. It was exactly what we wanted and more! Dave was fantastic meeting with us when we first got engaged and having a chat about what we wanted and even made some samples for us to taste! Fastforward a year to the big day and we could not have been happier. Truly delicious cakes and fantastic service throughout. Best thing was we had plenty cake left over to gorge on! Excellent taste and I loved the topper too and I have kept it to admire for years to come!

We hired Vanilla Nova to make our wedding cake. Communication was great with Dave/Deb. We got to go for a taster and they were all fantastic so we ended up going for a four tiered cake with four different flavours. The design process was so easy and we left feeling confident about what would be created. On the day, the cake was delivered in plenty of time and looked exactly like the design that that had been provided. We had a two sided cake, a traditional look for the front and a quirky design for the back. Everyone loved it! The cake tasted amazing. Thank you so much Vanilla Nova. Would highly recommend.

I've had five cakes from Vanilla Nova and they are nothing short of brilliant. Their designs are beautiful; the cakes are delicious and the service is first class. Fabulous people to deal with; looking forward to the next excuse to order another cake!

Vanilla Nova Southport created my wife’s Birthday cake which turned out to be superb totally delicious and the decorations where great with a Finding Nemo theme completely happy with cake and cupcakes - would have no reservations in recommending to anyone. Can I say a big thank you for the surprise cake which went down a treat.
