Dear Costa Coffee Team,

I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback following my recent visit to your Stockport branch. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience, but there are a few points I'd like to highlight.

Firstly, I must commend the quality of your beverages. I tried the White Chocolate & Strawberry Hot Milkshake for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. My brother also enjoyed his Salted Caramel Coffee Hot Milkshake. Both were delicious and represented good value for money.

However, I'd like to address a minor point regarding the closing time policy. As the evening drew to a close, we were kindly asked to finish our drinks. While I understand the need to close up, it would have been appreciated if we were allowed to savor the last sips of our beverages before departing. Allowing customers to finish their drinks, even after closing time, would enhance the overall experience.

Despite this, I want to express my gratitude to the staff member who provided us with hot chocolate cups so we could enjoy the last drops of our milkshakes. Her kindness was appreciated and exemplified excellent customer service.

In conclusion, our visit to Costa Coffee in Stockport was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning. Additionally, we're excited to explore the Costa Coffee branch in Manchester to see what it has to offer.

the team that makes the coffee and sells it they are very hospitable, they smile beautifully they always prepared the coffee to my liking and I drank coffee from many places, but coffe costa is the best RECOMMENDATIONS !🥰

Pigs in blanket panini and the turkey toastie are both delicious.

Tried the terrys orange and the after eight muffin both okay but nothing special. The chocolate cake was very nice, would get it again!!

The purple on latte is very nice could taste the syrup. The Terrys Orange Hot chocolate and The After Eight are just standard hot chocolates with a chocolate on the side couldnt really taste the syrup.

Overall venue very clean and staff are friendly!!

Had a lovely day when I went to Costa with my Mum and Sister, we treated Mum for her birthday and I decided to get a slice of carrot cake with a large chai latte.

Bang on Costa we asked for drinks extra hot and that's exactly what we got as most Costa's make their drinks to cool for me we had toast which nice and brown both sides as most Costa's usually can only do this on one side and we had a bacon bap which was cook lovely and crispy I'd have to say best Costa I personally have been to thanks guys keep up the good work it's appreciated 👍

Although I don't live in Southport anymore, I still look forward to going to this Costa because the staff are so friendly and it's always kept clean and tidy. I look forward to my next visit.

Just called in for a coffee while waiting for the bus back to ormskirk. Quick service, nice friendly staff, clean restaurant. Plenty of seats to sit in comfort. Will definitely call in again next time I'm in Southport.

Great coffee like most costa's.
Attentive staff.
Plenty of seating and table sizes available, nice big windows if 'people watching' is your thing.
A previous review stated 'no customer toilets' this is untrue, there are toilets in the back right hand side as you go in through the entrance.

This is a new Costa in Southport and is doing very well with spacious seating and friendly staff

At last !! Really missed my cappuccino, it was very quiet but still nice to relax with quality coffee. Lots of choice of cakes pastries, many toasties n sandwiches and a wide selection of hot n cold drinks, staff well organised in the covid rules and a pleasant atmosphere.

Great customer service. The lady was working on her own and it was quite busy but she was very quick with everyone's order and was very friendly.

I could not survive without my Costa. I love also taking my grandkids in for lunch and muffins, cake or biscuit's. Price is reasonable too. Staff always friendly and always clean x
