I have used Buildbase Oxford a few times the past month, for equipment hire, buying sand, slate etc and the service every time has been fantastic. The staff in the store have been very helpful and the delivery drivers have been great. I would recommend anyone to use them and I will in the future.

Friendly and helpful with lots of staff. I'm only a DIYer who'd never shopped there before, but everyone I spoke to was happy to help. The plywood I bought is a bit scrappy on one side, but I think that's just the grade I chose. Nothing a bit of filler won't sort out.

Customer service is brilliant and the store very clean.

Dean in kitchens was excellent. Helped me design my island and arranged it all to be delivered with minimal effort from me (ideal!). No pressure with quotes and suggestions, felt he genuinely wanted me to get the right thing for my kitchen, even if it meant I didnt get everything there. Will go back if I need other things for my kitchen.

Had what I needed in stock, unlike a lot of merchants atm, was open Saturday morning, also unlike a lot of merchants atm, and the guys were really helpful and friendly, both on the counter and the yard.
