Yet another fantastic experience at ASICS Shepton Mallet. Met by friendly, knowledge staff, who were keen to help, and not just make a sale. I will be returning there as the need arises. It's so good to see that the dying art of customer service still thriving there. Many thanks guys!

Visited for two specific types of trainer, and came away with both and with amazing savings. All sizes appeared to be stocked, not just a leftovers outlet shop.

Great little store, Zac was very helpful has a great knowledge of the complete range, no pushy sales pitch either like some other stores within the village , they could all learn something from this guy.

The staff we're really helpful, I have lots of issues with my walking (flat feet and falling arches) but the staff we're able to direct me to a pair which gave me support and were right for the activities I was looking to undertake. I take an odd size but they checked out the back and were able to find a pair in a good colour choice which wasn't on display. Definitely do not be afraid to ask for advice.

This shop has helped me out a lot over the past few years. My Gortex Asics running shoes are excellent and keep my feet dry. Even in the cold Finnish winters, they even keep my feet warm. I never buy any other brand for running shoes. The Asics are the most comfortable for my wide feet and are so well made they last for years.

Thank you so much to the young man who helped me choose a shoe for my damaged foot. Plantar fasciitis and ruptured Achilles give me hell of a time finding shoes. He explained the difference in the shoes and what might be good for me. Unfortunately he was busy with a customer when we left so I couldn't say thank you personally.

We visited the store yesterday to purchase new trainers for my husband who is training to run a marathon in October. We were warmly greeted by Marie as soon as we entered the store and she was the perfect sales person during our time there; very professional, had unbelievable product knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. As a result of Marie's advice my husband found a pair of trainers that were the perfect fit and so bought not just one but two pairs, and running socks as well. Thank you Marie, your help was invaluable and well done Asics for excellent staff training.

Enjoyed visiting this store at Clark's Village. Staff were on hand if I needed them and very helpful. This is a discounted store with better prices than you main high street. Highly recommend.

I've always struggled with shoes when standing up for long period of time and needed a pair of shoes for hiking, I recommend you get your feet checked by a member of staff as I nearly got a pair which wouldn't support my foot in the right area. Each shoe does different things so make sure you get the best for you

Their shoes are one of the best if you need a training shoe used to be able to get some very good bargains but not anymore
