Caffè Nero

The best Coffee in town, great atmosphere, always clean and tidy. Myself and the kids love going to Caffe Nero on Lord street. Lucy, Joe, Damien + team always go above and beyond to make sure everything is OK and are always v friendly! Definetly recommend 👍

Staff and service excellent,a great coffee experience!
My dog, Bella and I are made feel so welcome,can't choose between Chapel Street and Lord Street!

I was compelled to write this review because of Mel, the assistant manager at the Lord Street Nero branch in Southport.

Please make sure this review is read by management because Nero should be very protective of staff like her.

There has been multiple times that i have visited the store where this young girl has been serving lines of costumers all on her own and never complained, always with a smile on her face!

She not only deserves a bonus but also a raise simply for being amazing/hardworking and so very friendly.

I have visited your other locations and even with multiple staff behind the counter i haven’t received the same service so its not so much your ethos rather than the people who provide your service.

Thank you Mel for making out visits very pleasant!

This was my 1st visit here & I found the Nero staff on duty to be very pleasant .The gingerbread latte drinks were great .There's plenty of tables available inside this long nice & clean decent size store but some of the seating furniture is starting to look tired or needs replacing due to damage .Outside on the front there's about 7 tables in a designated seating area on the pavement for when the weather permits. Drinks Payment can be made by cash or card .

Regularly come here with one friend in particular. Staff are always happy to help carry our drinks as we’re both VI. They never distract my dog and are just lovely. Lots of comfy seats too.

Nice coffee. Polite staff. A chain fair enough, but individuals make up the links.

Nice place and really good coffee..one great point the staff here in the Southport cafes at Nero, really take the time to look after you ...a real plus well done guys....

Enjoyed a latte and hot chocolate with two lovely cakes. Came to over £11 which is pretty typical for the high street chains. The service was friendly and efficient. Plenty of seating and space in between the tables. Not often we visit this coffee chain but it made a pleasant change from our usual. Highly recommended.

The coffee and food were excellent as was the service a member of staff carried our order to the table as they could see I have arthritis in my knees

Great coffee, excellent flavour, strong & hot. A huge thank you for allowing us to bring our dog inside. On a 4 day road trip visiting relations and such a relief to find a warm welcome along with excellent coffee!

As usual with Neros the staff were very nice and polite the drinks and snacks were excellent but thats not the only reason we keep going back, they are DOG FRIENDLY during a spell of bad weather it's invaluable being able to get undercover and have a lovely brew and snack. Thank you Nero we are always pleased to see the Caffè Nero sign.

As with most Caffe Nero the service was good and the coffee excellent.
Seats were available so I enjoyed a leisurely coffee and time with my e-reader.

Great place for a cuppa. We had Latte's made by the trainee barrista, they were really nice, the froth stayed on the top right to the last dregs. Full marks

It's a cool coffee shop, nice to chill out!

First and foremost is the coffee, consistently of good quality and taste. Secondly is the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The food albeit light snacks are tasty and satisfying especially the deserts and cakes

We visited for drinks and cakes as a family group of 10-while the bill was crazy, we were served quickly by friendly staff. Usual excellent Caffe Nero coffee, food and atmosphere. Would visit again.

It's in the best location, the coffee made well and the Baristas are friendly.
