Mamas & Papas Oxford (At Next)

Roxanne was SUPER helpful and friendly. Demonstrated the 3 prams I liked best, and we decided the Ocarro was best fit for us. We was able to collapse the pram, and test out with carrycot and car seat etc. Really helpful experience. Roxanne was very knowledgeable on all prams and helped us make a well informed decision with all her knowledge. When we are ready to make our purchase we will definitely come back to see Roxanne.

We went to buy travel system for our baby, Becca was really helpful in answering questions and demonstrating the products which helped us to choose the right product for our requirements, also arranged delivery of the products for free.

My boyfriend and I were served by Jennifer in the Westgate Oxford Mamas and Papas branch. Jennifer was extremely helpful and could answer any questions we had about any pram we looked at. I would definitely come here again just to be served by Jennifer as she was very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly helped us pick out our babies pram.

Thank you to all three ladies who helped me in mamas and papas next Oxford. They were so friendly and helpful . I will definitely be buying my Pram there over John Lewis.

Tried the new store as I am in need of some help and advice finding a new carrier for my newborn. Not only was the wait painful as numerous staff members walked around me but when I did manage to ask for help, they did not offer any and said they could not help. I very quickly left, felt very unwanted. Was an uncomfortable experience for something I was already nervous about as a first time mum. Very disappointed.
