Following 6 inches of snow, every other train canceled and 30 mins+ delays on a limited service. This little bit of bad weather was forecast we were warned for 10 days in advance, so why remove the roof the only shelter for people the day before!

Not great when you need the loo after a long journey when they are no toilets in the station.
