We stay here every time we come up to see the family. Always very comfortable rooms, nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and always there to help. The full Scottish breakfast is great!!!

Very pleasant stay. Very welcoming staff and bar area. Fantastic breakfast (don't miss it). Comfortable bed and clean room. All good.

Was a lovely cosy room, very clean and bed very comfy, staff were very friendly and helpful, we didn't have breakfast but they made us a pack lunch , that was very nice , definitely will be back , 😀😀

I was brought to Annan to order a Kilt by the time I was done I decided to stay the night. I was very empress with the exceptional knowledge of my host . The lady that signed me in was Alix and Mark treated me to a great Scottish Breakfast. Then when I was coming down to leave Madison gave me a coffee that looked like a ice cream and it was good. Thanks to all the staff that I didn't see. I will stay here in the coming weeks.

An absolute gem in the centre of Annan. A warm welcome greeted us on arrival from the team and we were efficiently booked in. Room was fantastic. Large, loads of natural light and comfy bed. Quieter than expected considering it’s in centre of town. An amazing breakfast was served by Amy and the team, the best in Annan I’m told, and I believe it! Front of house, Maddy, made sure we had everything we needed and never missed a beat! The team work exceptionally hard to ensure everything is in hand and nothing is any trouble. A real tribute to how a small business stays relevant by creating a point of difference. Like a said, a real gem in the centre of Annan. Thank you a very memorable stay. Thank you.

I am local so have visited for coffee & lunches etc. Unfortunately I was flooded during a cold spell & insurance company put me in the hotel for a couple of nights. Very friendly, helpful staff. Fab breakfasts using local produce. Hotel was cosy. Room was perfect for my needs. It is a perfect location. Car park was handy. Food is served to the public till 8pm. Cant recommend this hotel highly enough.

After the English traffic added 2 hours to our journey, whatta welcome relief this oasis was. Amy was a particular joy who began our holiday with delicious delight. Thank you Amy.

Very pleasant staff, very clean rooms, the lady that checked us is in she was brilliant didn't catch her name they told I'd what we needed to know and how to get back in if key didn't work but all was well definitely stay here again

Excellent service and warm welcome. Tasty home made food and good drinks selection. Clean room and provision of hair dryer, iron and ironing boardGood value for money. Good size carpark with good size spaces for a large car. The staff were very efficient and always willing to help you. Good location for visiting the local attractions.

Lovely place staff really friendly,had a lovely evening meal and the breakfast in the morning was superb. Bedroom was lovely and clean couldn't ask for more will go back again never know it could be quite often.

Fantastic hotel! They came to our rescue after we'd been involved in an accident on the road home, everyone was exhausted & hugry, while waiting to get our car fixed the hotel prepared us 3 lovely rooms (2 interconnecting which were needed as we have kids with ASN) the staff were absolutely amazing, they couldn't have done enough! they do food pretty much all day so we were able to feed & water 6 of us before getting a very comfortable, desparately needed sleep..

Had a great stay. Room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious and warm and also very clean! Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable.
Breakfast was large and tasty.
Was a great price too!!!
Would recommend a stay here if looking for great prices, good food and friendly staff and a comfy clean bed for the night!

looks are deceiving but inside is nicely decorated and the the service was excellent Pauline was very helpful and would go the extra mile to make you most welcome a very pleasant receptionist the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable would be staying here again if we are in this area places to eat drink and be merry

Nice and friendly welcome, comfy room and a "fill yer boots " breakfast.. great little stop over en route to the rest of this marvellous country.
Plenty local restaurants and bars in the evening where the locals are so gorgeous. Thanks for looking after us.
