Such a knowledgeable and friendly man. He was able to inject some much needed speed into my laptop at the fraction of the cost of a new one. My son was concerned over a virus on his PC so we brought this for him to look at too. My son is a keen gamer and Simon spent a long time helping him go through the pros and cons of various graphic cards, aswell as giving him homework on where to source these from. The Multimedia shop is one of Burtons biggest assets! It allows me to work from home in a rural location with confidence that any IT problems can be dealt with by someone friendly, approachable and good at their job. A real boon.
