I was served by a great guy also great friendly staff there would use again I picked up a Stanley knife to do a job and the one who served me told some guy to grab a cheaper one will definitely use lbs again

After a problem with our delivery which did not arrive as promised, very impressed with the way my complaint was dealt with.
Had a phone call from Mark to apologise and the outcome of our complain was a satisfactory one.
Sometimes businesses get it wrong - how seriously they address a problem shows how important it is to them not to fall short of their normal high standards and make good if they have.

Good prices and had what i needed in stock, also home delivery charge very reasonable
